From the Folkestone Artworks Commission: "Emin's perfect bronze casts of baby clothes can be found tucked underneath benches, hanging from rails, and lying by the curb. Exuding an aura of hopelessness and dejectedness, they are poignant reminders of Folkestone's high teenage pregnancy rate, which is similar to that of Margate, Emin's hometown"
