I have been looking trough your blog and it is just so helpful It is really nice to see that you are trying to help people :) So here is a question; I have some acne on the sides of my face. Just there, and my T-zone is quite clean. I eat healthy and I clean my face thoroughly but i still have those nasty breakouts. Is there anything more i can try to get rid of them?
Thanks for your message! Eating healthy foods is what will make the difference in most cases when it comes to pimples. Just be sure you're eating the right types of food and drinking plenty of water (Filtered if you live in an area that fluoridates the water supply). I highly recommend making raw organic fruits and veg a part of your daily intake to replenish your body's supply of essential digestive enzymes and vitamins which will help to drastically accelerate your detox.
As for keeping your face clean, it's great to do, but be sure you're using a cleanser that is 100% natural. When you use harsh cleansers on your face and body, it strips the skin of protective oils and also kills the beneficial bacteria on your skin. Ideally you want the majority of the bacteria on your skin to be the beneficial kind, that way there is no room for the bad bacteria to survive; harsh cleansers will "nuke" all the bacteria on your skin (good and bad) and so the process starts over again.
