Wiping his lips ovv with his thumb, the elder twin offers a genuine smile.

Those teeth make him gasp and arch, a shudder going through him and leaving raised bumps on his skin. Hikaru knew just what buttons to push, no matter what they might be doing...

"Good... I don't want to be alone.."

As unstable as Hikaru might be, Kaoru didn't want to lose his twin any more than the other did.
