Turntable, plug, and now dubtrack

I don’t post too much here, but I just wanted to let some know that, despite the failings of turntable, and plug I’m determined to continue the @acthfm tradition in dubtrack. It’s not great but it’s better than nothing and it sucks not seeing or listening to music from a lot of the regulars from not all that long ago.

The End

It was inevitable I suppose, and now it is here. ACTH on Turntable, Future/Clandestine Chill on Plug.dj has come to it’s finale. I have spent the last 4 or so years getting to know some pretty good people, both the Mods/Managers and the regular listeners that came and went and for that I’m definitely thankful. Sadly, there just weren’t enough people showing up on Plug to warrant continuing to host the room. By which I mean the last week with the exception of one day it was me, alone, all day. So, I cleared out the Staff members and locked the Waitlist, effectively closing the room down.

Thank you to the original creators of Ambient Chillout & Trip Hop on Turntable, and to all the people that brought fresh new music to share, especially the producers that brought their newest tracks for us to hear first. Thanks to all the listeners that supported us over the years, who gave us the drive to constantly look for new and unknown artists for your listening pleasure. It was amazing while it lasted, and that is what I will remember about ACTH: those days when the tracks flowed like water and everyone in the room zoned out on how perfect it was.
