I saw this post, I can't remember where, but it said something along the lines of "it's sad that when you get married to Sebastian, he gives up on his dreams of moving to ZuZu city," and I don't really think that's what happens at all. I don't think Sebastian really even likes ZuZu City that much. It's established that he's an introvert and that he is nervous around other people, so it reasonably seems like the city would be hell for him; he even states this in his married dialogue!! Personally, I think it's pretty clear that he only wants to move to ZuZu City to get away from Demetrius and his home life. It's pretty plainly stated that no one in his family, nor his friends (exclusing sam), really takes him or his passions seriously. ZuZu City seems like a marginally better option than staying at home, where your things are thrown away, and you are ignored by your stepfather in favor of your half-sister. Sebastian doesn't give up on his future, nor his dreams. They just change. He finds a home and friendship with farmer where hes able to be understood and finally pursue his real passions freely.
