i hate this so much but this knowledge is too powerful to keep from you all.

last night @phaltu discovered that setting your font to comic sans in google docs improves writing speed and creativity by an insane amount. “no” i said and “die” but then i tried it and god. i wish it wasn’t this way. i wish it wasn’t true. i wish i could protect you all from this but it’s real.

something about this font is so disarming. something about this font lets you look past the shape of the words and into their soul. i’ve never written so much as i did last night, on my phone, at 2am, in comic sans.

if you have writer’s block. if you lack inspiration. if you need this. don’t be afraid to use it. sometimes the things we find most horrifying are also the things we need the most. trust me. let comic sans into your life.

Forget all the other ‘teams’ through MCU. I want this one. I want them to have group nights or more like nights when the nightmares are too horrific to keep staring at the dark ceiling, when their breathing is just too loud but still they hear their own screams and pleads for mercy, the nights when the pains just too deep,

Those are the nights that end up with Bucky and Nebula trying to one up each other with past battles over bottles of vodka and whatever space alcohol Nebula brings to see if it can finally break the serums tolerance, as Rocket and Tony are off in the background trying to out engineer each other, which devolves into seeing how big an explosion they can make. They’re the only ones who understand how alien they feel in their own bodies, how they feel lesser, they understand the soul deep ache of having something foreign being forced into their body against their will and having to live with that pain daily - because it never goes away, there’s only tolerable days and bad days. There’s no platitudes or excuses, no looks of pity, disgust, there’s no fear or horror. They understand the days when it’s impossible to look into a mirror and see a stranger stare back at them. Together they come to realize even for a little while that they aren’t the monsters they perceive themselves to be.

They’re perfectly imperfect. That’s my team.

The decapitated corpse that was found on a judge’s doorstep in Aurora, Illinois has been identified as belonging to a notorious pedophile who was recently allowed to walk free on bail by the judge, according to reports.William Smith, 28, from Aurora,

William Smith, 28, from Aurora, Illinois was discovered in the early hours of Tuesday morning, decapitated and slumped against the front door of the judge who had granted him bail in August.

Smith was arrested last month following allegations by his then girlfriend that he had raped her 8-year-old daughter.

After a police investigation in which Smith was found in possession of child pornography, he was arrested on two counts related to child pornography and one count of child molestation.

After being charged, Smith walked free from the court after the judge controversially ruled that he did not pose a threat to the local community, and he raised the $30,000 bail required to trigger his freedom.

The alleged victim’s family said they were “shocked” that Smith had been allowed to walk free from court.

Welp, that is certainly one way of making sure he’ll never hurt another child.
