She could be having an allergic reaction to something in the breast milk. It’s uncommon, but possible. I suggest taking her to the ER immediately just because she is so young.

I’m a horrible grandmother because I forgot the well behaved non sick child. I’ll just have to get him something nice to make up for it. What does he really want that you won’t get him? I do need to come see everyone. I tour soon so maybe if I come near there I can make a pit stop to say hi and coo over children.
He's really into planes, so maybe some sort of remote control plane would be cool for him but he'll like anything you get him. I hope you can because we miss you.

Where is the rash at? How bad of a cough? What’s her temperature? Have you tried getting her to eat? Not breast feed, but some regular baby formula?
The rash is mostly on her face right now. She doesn't seem to be coughing anything up and her temperature was at 100.4 last time we checked. She's only a month old so no we haven't tried that.
