Getting ready to hit tonight with the #Torino Jazz Orchestra featuring special guest Gary Smulyan, performing the Gerry Mulligan big band repertoire. It's a treat to play this music with the handwritten original charts, many of which have notes on them such as this, from Bob Brookmeyer's arrangement of "Big City Blues", indicating Clark Terry's solo.
