Last job completed before lock down . We were delighted to carry out this project after the Homeowners had extensive building work carried out . We stripped all the existing wallpaper before carrying out our extensive dust free sanding preparation process. All the plaster and woodwork was thoroughly prepared before any paint was applied . The ceilings were all mist coated before finishing with 3 coats of flat Matt , all woodwork finished in our favoured brand of satin finish . The steel posts were sprayed to match the Upvc bifold doors . We also sprayed some table legs the same to match . The final stage was 3 days of challenging wallpapering, the vertical stripe needing to follow through around lintels , corners and windows . Pulled this one back from the brink !! What started off as a straight forward strip and repaint job quickly escalated into a marathon preparation exercise, when we lost a lot of the finish plaster. After removing all the loose areas we sealed all the plaster and applied ready mixed plaster and Skim and fill. After a good sand and size we hung Wallrock Smooth 100 liner . The ceilings and cornice were finished in AR2.
