"Chad Unger is a deaf visual artist, originally from Maryland and currently based in New York City. Unger works in both digital and analog photography, splitting his time between the studio, on location, and the darkroom. Mixing hues and composition, his organic approach captures intimate and poignant moments from the mundane, the gritty, and the oft overlooked. The moving pictures devoid of sound are found in his deaf experience."
