If you’re talking about Pocari, his costs are no longer relevant as he was commissioned nearly 3 years ago and MoreFurLess has since changed their prices.

Who is the cheapest maker on this thing? I want a fursuit, but even if I save up, it's a bit much to pay 700+ for something I may not wear a whole lot.

Sorry but I don’t document prices as not every maker lists their prices, there are FAR too many variable factors the decide the cost of your suit, and maker prices are always changing. I’ve given you all the tools and means to find a maker, you gotta do the research.

You’ll definitely want an adult to help you. Most makers won’t work with minors, some are happy to through their parent or guardian. As for a picture, make sure you have a proper reference sheet. This is a clear, 3 point turn around of your character. You can commission an artist for one, draw it yourself, or find some free to use reference sheet line art that you can colour in. Here’s an example of a reference sheet of one of my characters, Niho. This was done by the artist NeonSlushie.

How much is a Fursuit rounded to the nearest value? I'd like one, and I might ask for one for my birthday. I've been watching these videos on You Tube and I've begging for one for my birthday. The real question is the first question I ever asked you. "How much is a Fursuit rounded to the nearest value?"

That’s like asking how much is a car. It depends on who made it, how many features you want, whether it’s new or second hand, whether it’s a beetle or an SUV, there are too many variables. A head alone can cost anywhere between $400 and $1500+, and you’ll get what you pay for. The cheaper it is, the lower the quality, the shorter the life, and it may cause nightmares.

Do you think a botanist or other scientist would make enough money to get a fursuit

Any job that gives you spare dosh after paying for food, rent, and other bills will be enough for a suit. You just budget your earnings and save for one. Like how you would afford a nice TV or a holiday.

rofl you’re 12. Fursuits are the least of your worries.

Work on your schooling and what you wanna do for a career so you can earn the money to get a super awesome fursuit and take it to all the conventions of the world.

At least 18 for a full suit. You might be able to get away with a partial at 15 or 16 but it’s still risky. Not to mention most makers will refuse to work with anyone under 18, even through a guardian. Too risky liability wise and they don’t want to see their work worn for like a year and then thrown in a cupboard because it doesnt fit anymore.

So just wait til you’re 18. I know it sucks and you probably REAAALLY want one, but it will be worth it. Makes the whole fursuit commissioning process so much smoother and you’ll get a lot more life out of your suit.
