You’ve mentioned that you have started bedwetting and that you used hypnosis. Which hypnosis files did you use and what is your schedule for listening to them?

What I used to jumpstart my bedwetting process is by using the HypnoCats audio files and it is recommended for the bedwetting files to be listened to before/at bedtime and for a set amount of consecutive days during the first listens 😌😴😵‍💫

*update* this took me months of listening as well. It wasn't just a one and done thing 🎧🗓️

How long have you been 24/7? Have you noticed any changes?

I've been 24/7 for about 9 months now. I've started bed wetting most nights with the help of bedwetting hypnosis and I've noticed my bladder has definitely started to shrink (I'm not able to hold it as long as I use too). Haven't had any day accidents just yet or lost control of my bladder, but I'm hoping soon in time I'll be there 😇

Do you wear diapers at work? How do you do this?

Yes, i do where diapers at work and usually I'll put compression shorts over the diaper to help cover the bulge under my scrubs.

Since you have been wearing 24/7, how frequently are you experiencing genuine bedwetting (meaning, wetting your diaper in your sleep)? Are you 24/7 for messing too?

Since starting 24/7 and my bedwetting journey as of now I've been wetting the bed almost every night (if not) it's very much a mental state and incorporating bedwetting hypno really made the difference and sticking to it was night and day, literally! Took me awhile to give into the schedule but after doing it daily, it really helped me start bedwetting.

I'm not a 24/7 messer 😉 I'll mess my diaper but it's not a real-life appropriate scenario all the time.

In your first photos you barely showed your face, what made you decide to show it?

Yeah I was very shy before 🫣 overtime I've realized it's much harder to hide than just being okay showing my face. Is it a risk (YES) but it's my risk and I've been happier showing myself than not. Wouldn't say it's for everyone but I'm glad to show my face 😁🩵
