This is my highlight if the OC Night Market! Charcoal grilled lobster! Amazing flavor and totally different from any lobster I've ever had!

So ended up going to OC Night Market at the OC Fairgrounds. The next couple of days will be my food adventures from that day. First want to highlight this gem! I've never had Indonesian food, surprisingly, and had there version of a Thai dish called Chicken Satay. This version had a very distinct and unique flavor I couldn't quite put my finger on but was absolutely delicious!
