my current stats:
54.9kg -> 121 lbs -> 8.6 stone
goal stats by 31st August
50kg -> 110 lbs -> 7.8 stone
i have 29 days to reach this!! I recon I can lose practically 5kg in that time..
starting college on September 1st, want my bmi to be 17.5 for when I start!!
why doesnt starving for a day automatically make me lose 20 lbs

Lost almost 3kg in 2 weeks! I’m gunna start fasting this week, hopefully fast till Wednesday as I’m going to see my mum on the island today back on Wednesday

weight loss tip: just stop caring about food
ik it’s hard AF because all we do is think about food BUT if you trick your brain into believing you don’t care about it, it’s a lot easier to restrict since ur apetite goes away
how i do it:
- don’t plan my meals too much
- don’t think about what i’ll eat in the future
- all this is accomplished through gas lighting myself
- i pretty much just repeat to myself “i don’t really care” anytime i go to eat
- “not caring about something” means you don’t really want it, you don’t care if it’s there, you even prefer if it’s not because it’s just an annoying task
- the non planning thing makes choosing what i’ll eat overwhelming, so i just give up 💀
- i distract myself, i go do something else
- this works if you don’t care about health, macros and shit like that! you’ll probably not be getting a lot of nutrition, this is something a lot of junkorexics do
- this also works better if you have good knowledge about how many calories everything has, since ur not pre-planning
