Morning Adventure

Horror story of the day: Woke up this morning, absolutely normal day. Made a pot of coffee and prepped a big cup so I could get started and do the adulting. Went to sit outside as per my morning day off ritual, but since it was a little chilly I out on my hoodie with my hood properly in place. Sat down on my bench in my little sun room and started planning how to tackle the disaster that is my house, when in the upper peripheral region of my vision I see something twitching above my head. Thinking it's just a piece of my hair flailing around I go to move it out of my vision, because it's annoying. Then suddenly THE BIGGEST FUCKING COCKROACH IVE EVER FUCKING SEEN IN MY LIFE GOES FLYING TO THE GROUND. I grabbed the nearest weapon I could find, which just so happened to be a fork I use to aerate my plants, and I stabbed the bastard until it stopped moving. All the while holding my cup of coffee and not spilling a single drop.
