I never realized how much it’d hurt to see your old teammate in another dance group, especially since in a dance competition tomorrow that another batch of my group is competing against your old teammate’s group.
Does jackswano wear a hoodie and black armwarmers or a white t shirt over a black shirt
the dragon prince has me going insane every single day what do i do
Dude i really thought people were exaggerating how many times jackswano sacrificed himself in different movies holy ass dude
how old do you think each of the elf species can live up to??
Startouch elf obviously have the longest lifespan cause they’re immortal
Tidebound & Skywing elves probably have the longest lifespan out of the elves, living to be over 300 years old (not including Startouch)
Moonshadow elves live about as long as humans do
Sunfire can live for around 200 - 300 years
Earthblood elves can live for a few centuries
A question that has always nagged at me is Katolis's apparently censored history in comparison to Duren. We know Duren is known for their high education rates and their grand librarians, to the point a librarian skin themed after Duren is available in the former Xadia game
But Katolis is also known for the same thing, they have an expansive library containing books on the history of giants and even some books that held knowledge of Aaravos
Yet their history is censored in the way it isn't for the Kingdom of Duren. Its no surprise the two kingdoms who got the most prosperous lands have their hands bloodied from war but where Duren learns from it, Katolis seems to hide it.
In the Tales of Xadia book Katolis is described as old, constantly building upon itself to the point it is very common for the average Katolian to discover another basement or a secret extension of their homes they had no knowledge of
Its a very literal metaphor, Katolis is constantly burying the past despite preaching of history and legacy.
It makes me wonder how much of it currently is purposeful.
Does Opeli know the true history, as she seems to be the one in charge of his education and most fluent in Katolian law, order, and history?
Or was she too fed a glossed over book, skipping over the unsavory parts of their past?
Janai is touch starved but luckily for her Amaya loves physical affection and is very willing to give Janai all the touch she wants
Amaya really said “Now that you’ll officially be my little brother I’ll try not to beat you up too much” and Karim went challenge accepted. betrayal, kidnap, and civil war on your wedding day coming right up
Can you imagine Harrow’s grief when he comes back to find his sons broken?
Ezran, the little kid so full of hope and life, who now balls his fists at the mention of Sol Regem. Who now has mountains of grief in his eyes when he looks out over Katolis.
Callum, the clumsy teenager that couldn’t hold a sword, who now flinches at the mention of Pirates. Who has visible scars in his hair from when he was almost driven to suicide.
Those were his kids. His children, who were supposed to be freer than kings, now are both carrying the weight of worlds around their necks.
bloody sights
It was his first time getting the vision. The screams, the bloody gurgles, the thuds of bodies hitting the ground soullessly. Everything was happening all at once, every single person he's ever known, gone in a matter of minutes.
The Silver Witch stood cold, ethereal in the bloody night. Her empty eyes stared at him, almost pitifully. After that, all he felt was the sharp sting in his throat.
GASP.
Kosmo shot up off the hammock, gasping for breath. He sensed around and couldn't feel his sister anywhere. "Astrid?? ASTRID?!"
Where was she?
..He thought it was real..
All he got was silence. His frantic hands dropped to his side as he dropped to his knees, his breath getting faster. "No, no, no, no-"
Kosmo brought his left hand to his mouth and started biting in a panic, using the other to wipe his tears. Neither of the acts could stop his shaking.
He failed? He failed hasn't he? The second he steps out of the room, he'll find them all dead. They're all dead. He's next, he's next isn't he?
His head spun as he collapsed onto the wall next to him for support, his breathing more erratic, his biting drawing blood.
He tasted the metal in his mouth, although it was the blood from his fingers, his stomach churned. Was it Astrid's? The Elder's? Whose-
"Please- Please, please-"
He couldn't stop moving, his hands shook violently, tears wouldn't stop rushing down his face. This time he couldn't pretend to be mature, to be composed, to be— anything but this.
He wanted to help, he wanted to run out and see if anyone was still to be saved, but he couldn't. In his fear, he just curled into a ball and cried.
He felt so pathetic, the stars had gifted him sight, for what? For him to fail? For him to hide in his room while his kin lay in puddles of blood?
His sobs got louder, he was terrified. Scared to lift his head, scared to remove his blindfold. Then the door swung open, he curled tighter into himself, trying to brace for the witch's move.
Instead, he got arms tight around him, holding him in a comforting hug.
"Kosmo, what's wrong? Talk to me, please." Astrid spoke softly, wiping his tears.
Kosmo held tighter, voice choked off by his own sobs. He couldn't speak, Astrid could tell. So, she just held her brother tighter and whispered reassurances into his ear.
She often sassed him around, they always did that, but Astrid loved her brother more than anything. They were there for each other through it all, they'd always be.
As she felt her twin's body relax, exhaustion taking over once again, she guided him to his hammock.
"Kosmo?"
"..mm?"
"Whatever it is, whenever you want to tell me, we'll get through it together, mk?"
"Mk."

(So @aestardrei requested something with Astrid & Kosmo so here it is!!!! Hope you like this!!!!!!!)
Kosmo & Astrid
Kosmo’s dead . . . Astrid is standing over his body, her brother is dead and she couldn’t do anything to save him . . . She couldn’t stop the Sliver Witch from killing him, from killing everyone- everyone was dead, everyone she grew up with, Ainsley was laying on the floor dead
How could Astrid let this happen, she let everyone down and now she was all alone . . . Astrid wanted to scream, to cry, but she couldn’t move, she couldn’t think she-
The Sliver witch was staring her down covered in blood, her brother’s blood and she was getting closer and closer. Why couldn’t Astrid move?! The Sliver Witch held a knife now, the one she used to stab Kosmo, the one she gonna use to stab Astrid.
The Sliver Witch was closing in, she was laughing as she drew her arm back to Astrid and then plunged the knife into her stomach and
“ASTRID!!!!”
Astrid shot up from her hammock with a gasp, her hand are shaking and it felt like her heart was beating a million miles an hour. Kosmo stood over her, that was all a nightmare, her brother isn’t dead, she hasn’t failed him yet
“Astrid you were crying in your sleep, is everything alright?”
Astrid felt a tear run down her cheek and before she knew it she was crying again, sobbing as she hugged her brother. She didn’t want him to die but no matter what she did Kosmo’s vision never changed.
“I- I had a bad dream and you were- I couldn’t save you and you d- you died”
Astrid sobbed harder and hugged her brother tighter, maybe if they stayed like this then things would be different and the Sliver Witch wouldn’t hurt him.
“Can’t you just leave? Leave the Star Scraper so the Sliver Witch can’t find you, please?”
“Even if I do leave all I see is darkness, and I would never abandon you to face the Sliver Witch alone”
But Astrid would face her one hundred times alone if that meant Kosmo would live, she doesn’t want to have to bury his body.
Astrid couldn’t stop the tears and all hope for her brother living died, like he was going to. She wish she could go back in time and make Kosmo leave the Star Scraper so non of this would happen.
“Kosmo I promise I will do everything in my power to make sure you live, and I need you to promise you’ll do everything in your power to survive”
“Astrid, I don’t see a path forw-“
“Kosmo please, I need you to promise!”
“Ok . . . I promise”
Astrid and Kosmo stayed hugging for a while, Astrid wasn’t ready to let him go, she wasn’t ready for her nightmare to become reality
. . .
She wasn’t ready to see her brother die
(Rawr :3 I really hope Kosmo doesn’t actually died but I feel he gonna and poor Astrid isn’t ready for that, if Claudia does kill Kosmo I want Astrid to hunt her down for revenge :3 but hope you like this and I am always open for requests!!!!!)
SUCH AMAZING WORK, ABSOLUTE CINEMA !!!!
I’m convinced I’m the no.1 fan of Astrid and Kosmo, I’ve never seen someone who likes them more than I do

prompt: callum + kosmo, jelly tart
Callum was visiting The Star Scraper for a chat with Kosmo and Astrid. The four, along with Rayla, have become quite good friends over the months after Aaravos's temporary defeat. They had talked for almost 3 hours, Kosmo giving all the information in his recent visions, whereas Astrid had let him in on the juiciest celestial gossip.
Now, Callum was getting ready for bed, he had nervously asked Kosmo for another blanket. He was always trying to be as respectful as he could, given the fact that he insulted their bloodlines the first time he was there.
He hopped into the hammock and just stayed there for a bit, then his mind drifted towards Rayla. She wanted to come real bad, but Stella got her paw injured, and she just couldn't leave her alone.
Callum then thought of Ezran, he had promised Ezran he'd take him to see the Scraper one day, but for the past months Ezran had been busy with the building of Evrkynd and all.
Speaking of Ezran, Callum just remembered he had some jelly tarts in his to-go box. A lawed necessary, Ez and Barius refused to let anyone go hungry on any journey again. Man, he was hungry.
Callum turned to the table in front of him, hopped down and picked up the box. Just then, Kosmo walked into the room with the blankets. "I do hope you like this one, the star weavers are quite overworked from making it." he said, sleepiness evident in his voice.
Callum stopped in his tracks. "Kos.. you had it personally made?.." he forced out in embarrassment. Now the celestial elves probably thought he was a spoiled brat! Or worse, DYING.
"Wha-? Was I not supposed to do that?" Kosmo replied, genuinely concerned. Callum could tell cause he was hand-gesturing all over the place.
Callum sighed, "Well, no, cause now your whole kin thinks I'm-" "What? No! No, it's standard culture!" Callum's shoulders relaxed in relief, then his brows furrowed. "Wait, then why didn't you do that for us when we first came? And the other 3 times we came here?"
"Oh! Well, the past 3, you guys didn't really stay to sleep." "Oh, right!" A small smirk formed on Kosmo's face. "And during your first visit, uh, we just didn't really like you."
The mage's face changed to fake-disgust and mild annoyance. "Uh- I- WHAT?? We were VERY likeable back then!" Kosmo just went silent, he didn't realize he was giving a small smile, but Callum did.
"What? Seriousl- Okay, goodnight Kosmo." "Goodnight, High Mage!"
Callum opened up the box of jelly tarts and the smell filled the room instantly. Kosmo stopped at the doorway. "What is that?? It smells sweet." "Oh, this? It's a jelly tart!" Kosmo's head tilted in curiosity, "A what?"
Callum realized they most likely don't know what a jelly tart is. Dang, that's sad. "It's a flaky pastry with jelly inside, do you want one?"
Kosmo's posture changed, almost shyly, he asked "Wait, really?" "Yeah, here!"
Callum attempted to hand him one, but, well, he can't see. "Oh- Right! You're blind! -Wait not blind! Just- yeah." Kosmo chuckled as the mage mumbled to himself under his breath, "Damn it, Callum, you're devolving!"
Callum stood up and handed it to Kosmo properly, then he noticed that Kosmo used his other hand to figure out where his hand and face was. Hey, to be fair he wasn't that wrong about Kosmo being blind.
When Kosmo took a small bite, his posture lit up again. "Woah."
Callum smiled, even after everything, Barius's jelly tarts can bring a smile to anyone's face. "Eat more, you gotta get to the middle, and you're kinda skinny."
Kosmo went still.
"Wait- No. Okay why do I keep saying the wrong things?" "Hah, no, Callum it's okay. Timeblind stuff, I don't eat much." "Ah. I see, well, just get to the middle."
Eventually, Kosmo did and as expected, it was amazing. Kosmo wiped his mouth with a content smile. "Thank you, Callum, I find I quite needed this." Callum patted his back. "You're sleepy, go to bed, Kosmo. You want to keep the rest? I think Astrid would love to try some!"
Kosmo nodded and smiled, "Yeah, I'd like that. Thank you."
That night, Callum slept well, knowing he had helped someone smile even in just the smallest things. And yes, the next time he brought lots of jelly tarts, Rayla came too. And yes, they brought Ezran with them.
