I finally got around to finishing that sketch of my blood elf mage! I had fun making up all those arcane symbols but seriously, how do shadows work? 0_0

Another update of sorts?

So I've been neglecting this tumblr again *sigh*. I'm actually pretty divided at the moment - I made a new art tumblr at kynralys-art.tumblr.com which is connected to my personal tumblr (kynralys.tumblr.com) and I'm really just uploading my WIPs and finished art there.

But I'm still uploading stuff to my deviantart which is under the name AesuithielSilver , so I feel kind of obligated to continued uploading here. I'm not sure - I partly feel like changing my dA username to Kynralys as well, but partly want to keep it the same for continuity's sake. So basically, I don't know! Where should I continue updating??

 TL;DR : I will always continue updating my art on my dA aesuithielsilver.deviantart.com (though whether I will be changing that username to kynralys or something else is still debatable). As for tumblr, I will be posting all my newer WIPs and artworks at kynralys-art.tumblr.com.

I'll try reblogging them here on this blog whenever I get the chance.

Just an update

Have I ever said that I like taking photos of things? Because I take a lot of photos, both in the real world and the virtual world. (Okay that sounded weird, didn't it?) 

I've recently made a blog called Traveller of Azeroth on a second tumblr account, where I post high-quality screenshots in-game from World of Warcraft. So if you're interested in that kind of thing, feel free to check it out!

Sorry for the lack of activity and art on this blog in the past few months. I've been busy with uni exams and assignments and much more besides so I haven't had much of a chance to draw anything substantial. I should finish everything next week though, so I'll hopefully have some art up then.  Thanks for sticking with me guys and I hope you all have a wonderful day :)

I just wanted to post my latest painting alongside the original drawing I did a few months ago. Improvement yay! :D I will probably do another one of these with an older drawing haha :P

argh as soon as I finish my exams this november, I am actually seriously going to sit down and work on improving my art instead of just doodling and drawing things which I'm used to drawing (i.e. boring headshots which aren't even anatomically accurate).  My tumblr and deviantart gallery look pretty pitiful at the moment sigh.
