My emotions have been all over the place lately, but looking at this picture shows me how far I’ve come and how the little changes do add up. You know it's not easy getting older. When I was younger, I didn’t have to worry about what I ate. Can you relate?? 🙋 You come with the best intentions to try your best to eat right and exercise, but somewhere along the way, you put everything on the back burner. Telling yourself, “I’ll start tomorrow.” I’ve been on my health journey for (I can’t believe) 😳 3 years now. I’m not sure if you know this since I don't put it out there very often, I’m a Beachbody Coach. No. I don’t eat perfectly every day, and at first, I put off my workouts. I had to learn to get help from others with my same goals, and for me, that was this amazing sauce. But thanks to a wonderful group of beautiful and supportive peeps 💕🦄 I’m inspired to share my story and hopefully help others in the process.
