90: What happiness is to me

Happiness can be one of the most elusive things in life not only to find but to be happy in itself. I think it has to start from within one’s self. Like who you are. Love yourself. Believe in yourself even if nobody else does. When I did those things first, I found happiness all around me. I take pleasure in the simple things such as watching the sun rise and set. Being outdoors enjoying the beauty of mother nature. Staring up at the night sky in sheer awe and amazement. Realizing how lucky I am to be alive and getting to enjoy everything that makes me happy, living my life to the fullest of my abilities, and getting to share it with some very special people.
