On the subject of Oath of Devotion paladin Martin (multiclassed from bard obviously), I am being catered to specifically by this segment:

They hold angels…as their Ideals, and incorporate images of angelic wings into their helmets or coats of arms.

Please imagine with me paladin Martin with moth-wing motifs emblazoned on his armor.

Martin kneels in front of Jon, helmet off, his hair tousled, eyes gazing upward, fiercely reverent. Wings outstretched, Jon rests a hand gently on Martin’s head, overwhelmed by the loyalty and love shown for him by this paladin. His paladin, he reminds himself, as his eyes are once again drawn to the carefully etched moth-wings on Martin’s armour and shield. Even as an angel, he doesn’t understand what he did to be deserving of such devotion, but he knows he will spend ever moment henceforth ensuring he is worthy of it.
