I've really missed posting on here so I'm gonna start posting transparents here again! I might also start making outfits and other posts on @furbyreg as well!

I'm currently in the process of receiving an autism diagnosis which is very exciting and has helped me reconnect with age regression more. I'm happy to be back and exploring that side of myself again

I know you haven’t posted in a while, but I was wondering if you could explain how you make images transparent? I have an image I want to use on a mood board as a divider but it’s giving me some trouble. If not that’s completely fine! Just thought I’d ask :3

hello @laydown-bud ! thanks for the question. I use ibispaint on my phone. I find images with white or mostly plain backgrounds usually, to make it simpler, then put the image into ibispaint. I then go to the top layer of the image which is the "selection" layer and select the image or the background using an appropriate brush. for something like a stuffed animal, I use a feathery or textured brush, but a smooth toy I'll use the felt pen brush or something like that.

then I just erase the background using the clear layer button, and change the background of the drawing to black so I can see if I missed any of the white. if the image has a plain white background you can just use the magic wand tool to select the background, but be sure to adjust the expansion of the tool a bit to see what works best. I hope this helps you and lmk if u have questions. ibispaint is pretty easy to work with but learning a new art program is always a bit of a hassle!
