Ну короче. Завтра 5 ноября. Я не бегала с эээ примерно с момента покупки пульсометра хахаха. Мои 5 килограмм лишних тоже при мне по-прежнему. всем привет.

Сегодня к нам с @dorogaya_moria приехали наши фитнес-браслеты-пульсометры 💓 Настроила, надела, смотрю сериальчик и пью красное, лежа в кровати )) Пульс норм! По программе #c25k сегодня отдых и утренняя йога (после вчерашних берпи все болит), так что совесть чиста; завтра 1,6km walk at a brisk pace, послезавтра пробежка 3,2km, оххххх. Программа хочет, чтоб я пробежала 6,4km уже первого ноября!#5km5kg

Вика: порой пробежка в голове решает многое и разрешает быть, ты энергичная и на своем пути. бежишь ли ты по нему, или спишь на нем, приняв его, - не важно. Ты делаешь то, что разрешаешь себе.

06:38 и сегодня не получилось заснуть Ирина написала на песке на другом краю света “рита калифорния счастье” )) а я в это время читала про марафон сан-франциско, how’s that? скоро надпись смоет вода, за окном поет припозднившаяся птица привет птица
понемногу правильно ем и тренируюсь с nike+ running coach, вчера было 2,4км, сегодня тренировка получасовая (ох), после которой все болит, будто не занималась ничем полгода (будто!). бёрпи — зло. вообще с переходом на более здоровый образ жизни будто (будто!) чувствую себя хуже. возможно, организм в шоке. посмотрим, что будет дальше. пока сухо, езжу на велике на работу, вся в шарфе и перчатках.
завтра — день отдыха и растяжки, йуху.
Winter Is Coming
I mean it. It’s been two days when the first 2015 snow came in Moscow! The very next morning after my previous happy sunny run.
I had plenty of work and some drinks during the week evenings so — no chance I could’ve waken up early enough not to curse and run to the office.
Feels like I’m still tired though I slept some 10 hours today... Going to sleep now as well — 11:30pm, oh baby baby.
Had a run today (see me up here, личинка бегуна) — made a mistake, I needed to visit a store so I ran there, made things I needed to (sweating sweaty sweat), then got back to the frozen street and ran back home. Now I’m not sure whether it my throat sores or my tooth... Also: tried Nike Vomero — they’re good! (except the name... vom... boah...) I can’t wait to check them in some puddle of mud, haha. I didn’t feel quite well — maybe because of the weariness, maybe because of yesterday’s wine, I ran out of breath faster than I hoped I would.
So, well, maybe next time I should just remind myself that I’ve hardly done anything ever to steel myself against cold. And put on some additional layer of clothes.
Self-reminder. My goals are: — 5km run without my tongue hanging on my shoulder — -5kg of weight — ugh — +5/15cm of hair! I need to try another image of me asap. And I’m working on it.

2nd run: 0˚C Wednesday morning
It was really cold here in the morning, but the sun shined and by the fourth minute of my run I felt sooo happy crossing the trees’ deep shadows and brilliant highlights listening to King Krule — Border Line. I followed my colleague’s advice — the matter was that I ran way too fast during my previous (and first conscious) run. My avg pace was 04:22 whilst for a long distance it should not be more than 06:50 she said. So I relaxed and drifted through the sleepy silent courtyards with avg pace 08:01 this time. Need to find some music that has the same pace! I’ll google it once I finish the post (though my eyes are ready close, waking up at 7am is a challenge for me).
It turned out to be a new recipe for a perfect morning: waking up, crawling onto the yoga mat, stretching, dressing up (ouf, I’ll certainly need another layer of warmth soon), pulling myself together, walking out, running, breathing, listening to the music, finding new ways through the streets, jogging back home, shower, breakfast. Why didn’t I discover it a couple of months earlier?!
Important thing is that I feel the changes happening in me. I feel the new image of me rising from the inside -- finally. I’m re-discovering myself after a long pause. Should I say how much I love it. Surely for now the whole running thing is a consequence, not the reason. Or is it?.. We’ll see.
It snowed today so if the asphalt and everything will be wet tomorrow morning I’ll try my new shoes that are promised to be waterproof. Yay!
Runtastic seems to track the route more accurately than Runkeeper, though for some reason I don’t really like it this much. Design I guess huh. Will try Nike+ app next time. Tous ne sont pas les mêmes dans ce cas ;)

Uuuugh okay I bought one more pair of running shoes — some warmer ones for the autumn rainy days. Sunday evening wasn’t healthy at all, I had a couple of beers and a couple of cigarettes while working :/ Bad bad bad. Going to sleep at 3am (not finished what I had to), having doubts I’ll be able to wake up early enough to jog tomorrow. The whole upcoming week at work is going to be tough as well, I hope I’ll have time for some cycling and jogging and yoga —
Oh no it turned out to be another running blog!!
Ok here's all I can after 12 years of smoking. I'm quitting puffing and starting breathing. That's what I decided a week ago while having an unmerciful hangover reading sashabo's four years old posts thinking how much I would like to be someone else but not me — then I got angry.
'I quit' I told everyone. And I didn't feel like smoking until the first stressful day at work (rude photographer, model late for two hours). Still, I managed not to. Friday evening I had two roll-up cigarettes though. Saturday morning I bought my first Nike Air Pegasus+ 30 and some clothes, so I had no more excuses. 'I'll start jogging' I told my friend 'nice and easy. 300-500m will be my first goal'. 'Oh come on' said he 'you'll make it 1km effortlessly'. 'No way!' said I. 'Sure you will! Imagine you run for a bottle of red wine!'
So yes that's me. Ready or not here I come.
I’m not sure if RunKeeper tracked my route right, I did not act as a wounded doe... So though it says I made 870m I think it was more like 500m. I’ll check it with another app tomorrow.
‘And I further deduce’: getting up early will be a huuuuuge problem for me. Not less than running out of breath every second minute.
