Good morning friends! I REALLY REALLY need your help!

Earlier this year, I was hospitalized shortly after my 26th birthday. While in the hospital, it was discovered that I have End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) due to Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). Basically, my kidneys are covered in 90% scar tissue that prevents them from being able to filter out toxins and excess fluid in my body. While the cause of how this happened still isn't known, I'm currently doing everything possible to prolong the use of my kidneys (whatever function they may have left.) I'm currently on dialysis 4 hours a day, 3 days a week all while working and keeping up with school. At 26 years old, I've had to put pretty much all activities on hold because physically, it's just too demanding of my body. Life has been a huge adjustment in the past 3 months and it still is at times. I am on the transplant list but you don't need to have organ failure to know that the list takes a LONG time, so I'm reaching out to anyone who will listen to ask for your help in finding a kidney donor. Thank you kindly for taking the time to read this, please help me boost this!
