Hi all!  Mini update!  

I went home to the US for about a month and tried to stay off my computer as much as possible.  I succeeded.  I did manage to make it by the dojo in my hometown a couple of times, once to train and once to participate in a nidan test.  Man, I totally missed it.  I always forget how much I really love doing Aikido and how much I miss the people until I get there.  And I was very flattered because I offered some tips, and a few of the students were grateful and expressed how much they missed having my insight.  

I'm honestly not sure if I'm going to continue training any time soon, but we will see.  

But I'm heading to Japan this weekend!  So I'm super psyched for that.  I'll be gone for two weeks, and will try and share stories and photos when I get back.
