I thought I missed you, but I came to realize I don’t. I'm still stuck and in love with the person you were. No matter what, i can’t bring that person back. Things change, feelings change, people change. Everything can change and we have no control over it. I believe I can get thru this. I just wish I could erase these thoughts of you so I could be at peace again, but things like this aren’t easy. “Life doesn’t stop and there’s nothing you can do to turn back time so you just gotta keep going with the flow.” Healing takes time. You can’t fully love again until you’ve fully healed. Take things day by day. There is no rush.
