I’ve heard love is like a muscle you need to condition. I want to be sore forever over you.
could you make me a regimen? valentina thompson (via theseoverusedwords)
New Years Day c-staff video contribution. Linda slaying it.
Reminds me of the path of contact staff on the body <3
Contemplating visual body art for the first time ever.
Brief and simple. I like the staff play with varied camera angles and ambition to work with the environment around him.
Sweet Brandon Simpson from Eugene Oregon. Wtf! Clean body rolls, leg work, and everything done in both directions. <3

Alain is amazing. There are a lot of acrobatics in this video, but it also shows the beastly things he does with an acro staff against the wall and on the floor.
I remember sitting at the kitchen table in early 2009 watching this video of Linda for the first time. Blown away, it confirmed that there was so much potential in the realm of body movement in marriage with contact moves. I've always appreciated not only the unique style she brings to contact staff, but her clean & practiced delivery of technique.
