We were having a discussion about the general lack of flying BOWs in Resident Evil, and I said "Imagine giant virus-infected mutated chickens. You’ve basically brought back a dinosaur." This was followed by more discussion and "A researcher suggests chickens and all the other researchers who have owned/grown up around/observed chickens immediately band together to kill that guy."

It finally culminated in "The Duke’s secret backstory. He suggested chickens as test subjects and Miranda tried to kill him"

And that's what the document is. The Duke of RE8 fame's secret chicken-based backstory.

His friend promptly smacked the back of his head. “What was that!” he hissed. Zack grinned at him and tapped his temple. “Strategy, my fine friend! Did you see any Names?” “I really hate that you got better results than anyone else so far.” “You did!” Zack was so excited he did some high-knees in place. “Well, well?” “Part of a Name,” Kunsel said. He deliberately paused until Zack was about to explode before he finally said, “A-I-R, and I’m pretty sure the other letter was an F.” Zack’s triumphant whoop promptly got them kicked out.
