The Real Monsters are reborn!

Upon getting so much attention for my previous designs, I wanted to redesign the monsters and develop the concept a little more. You’ll notice most of the monsters have subtle alterations and the descriptions have been changed to better reflect my original concepts.

Disclaimer: The artwork is not at all intended to make light of these conditions but instead is intended to give these intangible mental illnesses some substance and make them appear more managable as physical entities.

The complete Volume 2 of the Real Monsters.

It’s been a long time in the making but finally, I can release all of volume 2. I have a personal connection to most of the conditions so it’s been important to focus on the research stages and make sure I did these monsters justice. I hope these can help someone out there, in the same way the Volume 1 has helped so many other people.

Thank you so much for all the continued support and the lovely messages I receive from fans of the series. This project is driven by requests and is created for you guys. [Volume 1]

Real Monsters Plushies

The monsters were designed by Toby Allen and the plushies were created by me.

How do I get one?

The plushies will be ON SALE v. soon through Kickstarter - so follow now to be there first when that happens. They will be somewhere between £40-£100, depending on how long each takes to create. I also plan to hold a giveaway

What can I do to help?

Reblog this! I need a certain number of orders to be able to buy the fabric rolls upfront. By reblogging this post, you show it to more people, and hopefully one or two will come back and eventually back. Right now, I’ve enough fabric to make around four of each - a full roll of fabric, then I can make 30, so every person counts.
