On the other side of the grad show we had to create and market are show. I was on the Imps team which consisted of Me, Anna, Chris, Jade, Selena and Tiara. Are job was to figure out the set up for the food/entertainment, get the word out about are show anyway possible and to hang/give out posters/invites to the show. For me there was not much to do at the beginning since the design team needed to get all of the posters and such figured out. The other members of Imp had there own jobs, Chris/Anna were the proofreaders of all text copy and the ones who contacted local radios/news outlets to get some sort of advertisement for are show. Selena was the person who was in contact with Gail ( I think Chris was as well) to make sure things were going well/right and Tiara was are whip/director who kept us on track. Jade was the person with contacts with downtown who knew people to help promote the show. Me I was a floater sort of waiting for something anything to do, which came later on, but at the beginning I sort of had nothing I could do for the group, which looking back I feel as though if i asked more there would of been something for me to do.
