My ex left saying that its whats best for him but he never explained why. I had no closure and because of that, it hella triggered extreme BPD symptoms and now im just being aggressive because i feel like if he cared about me at all or respected me, he would at least tell me whats up and it feels a lot better to be angry than to be sad about it.(I bumped into him at an anime con today and told him to fuck off before he even said anything, thts how defensive i am)
