There were mixed feelings involved in this picture. I really enjoyed painting Gen but I had a hard time finishing it. First I wondered about a reason. Was it the purple? Was it the colours all around? Somehow I postponed on finishing it at all, leaving it like it was. I still don't think it's fully finished.
But Ik now that the reason why it was so hard to finish it, was the fact that I probably will stop painting at all. I can't deny that I still enjoy painting but with the rise of AI there seems to be no need to even try anymore. My abilities can't compete and it's like the spark of trying to improve got extinguished. I am not sad about it. I had a lot of fun years with my little hobby and I am very thankful to everyone who followed, gave comments or liked what I've posted : )
Occasionally I might doodle something, I am not sure yet, let's see, if I find some time.
