I never get overwhelmed when I see a thick head of hair in my chair. Honestly, it excites me. I just need to know ahead of time lol.

The first time I serviced her I ran over on every single client for the rest of the day. Anybody that knows me knows I do not play about time. Punctuality is a huge part of my business and a huge reason why my clients value the experience I provide. Clients love when you respect their time the same way we want ours respected.

A big part of this style is the detangling process and not every head of hair fits into the same timing. So once I realize your hair needs more time than the appointment normally allows, you become one of the lucky clients that gets booked as my last appointment of the day. That way I can fully take my time with your hair without affecting the rest of the schedule.

And honestly? My brush gets me THROUGH these appointments. It has become one of my favorite salon tools and a non negotiable part of my wash day process no matter the style. Every style starts with a good, gentle detangle. That foundation matters.
