"Uh-oh, looks like we're fresh out of diaper disposal bags and I don't see a trash can around here. You're just gonna have to carry your new 'cuddle-buddy' around until we get back to the parking lot, champ."

Started from “hi”. Ended up here 🤭
It's just a simple backyard wedding, despite the extensive guest list, perfectly understandable for two new parents. The gift registry is equally practical - requesting that everyone contribute to a money pool to be spent on diapers and wipes for their precious new baby in lieu of standard wedding presents.
The only issue is, it’s YOUR backyard, and YOU’RE the new baby - not to mention the bride is your ex-girlfriend - henceforth to be referred to as Mommy, unless you want a spanking. But there’s no time to dwell on all that, Daddy's darling diaper-cuck - you need to focus on your official duties as the Flower “Girl.”
Posing for countless photos, greeting guests with a well practiced curtsey, enduring endless pinches on the cheek and relentless pats on your padded posterior - not to mention properly distributing the rose peddles as you lead the love of your life into the arms of another man - it's a big job for such a little baby!
You were relieved when Mommy promised you'd be back in boy's clothes after their honeymoon... until you heard the toast Daddy gave at the afterparty, right before you were sent off for beddy-bye and locked into your crib, where he revealed that he'd decided - as the man of the house - to postpone the trip "until our little one is out of diapers."
Seeing the delivery drivers continuing to drop off countless pallets of pristine Pampers at the gift table, you knew that day would never come.
"You beg me for weeks to wear blue again, and when I let you, you don't even have the gratitude to accompany me to the store for the family's weekly shopping without making a fuss! I swear, you're the most ungrateful little brat I've ever had the misfortune of nannying - and to think you used to be the "man" of the house. I'd spank you right here and now, but the diaper aisle seems like a more appropriate venue for reminding you of your proper place in this household."
"Besides, the drive to the store will give you some time to sit in your carseat and think about how you should be more appreciative of the few times I bother to listen to your incessant requests for adult luxuries like "dignity", "privacy" and "choice." Just be thankful I've already changed your diaper recently, or that'd be on the agenda as well. But don't worry, next week I won't be bothering to replace your putrid Pampers until we've reached the parking lot, either before we shop... or maybe after."

**New Chapter Release - The Regression Academy**
CHAPTER FIVE - Underlying Expectations
Daniel entered the teacher’s lounge, and the quiet murmur of conversation immediately hushed.
Charles addressed them proudly, his presence calm and assured. ‘Everyone, as you know, Daniel has spent the past week observing classes and familiarising himself with the academy’s unique approach,’ he said, his hand resting briefly on Daniel’s shoulder. In his other hand, he held a slim folder. ‘This morning, he signed his probationary contract, formally confirming his place among us.’
He paused for a moment, letting the words settle before continuing. ‘He’s shown great potential, and I’m pleased to say that he’s now ready to begin teaching. Starting today, he’ll be moving from observation to instruction, stepping fully into his role.’
The room was silent for a beat, and then the chatter slowly resumed, but this time the focus was on Daniel. He could feel the weight of their attention, a mix of curiosity and intrigue from his new colleagues. Dressed in his new prefect uniform, Daniel felt both the pride and the pressure that came with his new position.
Charles gave him a nod of approval before continuing, ‘I have no doubt Daniel will make a strong impression in the classroom, just as he has over the past week. He’s been keen to learn, and now he’s ready to guide the students with the same enthusiasm and commitment he’s already shown.’
Evelyn Hart, one of the more seasoned teachers, offered a warm smile as she approached Daniel. ‘You certainly look the part,’ she said, her eyes glancing over his uniform. ‘It suits you. How are you feeling about starting your own lessons?’
Daniel, still adjusting to the spotlight, smiled back. ‘A little nervous, but excited. I’ve learnt so much already just by observing. I’m looking forward to putting it all into practice.’
Charles glanced at his watch before looking back at Daniel. ‘I’ll leave you to get settled. I need to head to my office, but you’ll do just fine. Remember, you have the support of the entire faculty here. I’ll check in with you after your first lesson.’
He gave Daniel a final nod of encouragement before turning to leave, but not before offering a parting remark to the room. ‘I expect Daniel will bring something fresh and valuable to the students. Let’s all support him as he transitions into this new role.’
With that, Charles made his way out of the lounge, leaving Daniel standing amidst a group of curious teachers, all eager to see how the newest member of their team would fare in his first day of teaching.
The teachers he had observed last week turned their attention to him, some whispering to each other while others simply looked on with curiosity.
‘Well, look at you,’ Evelyn said with a grin, her gaze taking in the full effect of his uniform. ‘You make quite the handsome prefect, Daniel. It suits you. How does it feel?’
Daniel smiled, a bit self-conscious under the attention. ‘It feels... different, but I’m getting used to it.’
Julia Porter, another teacher who had been in the classroom he observed, joined Evelyn with an appraising look. ‘Different, indeed. But I have to say, you wear it well,’ she said with a playful wink.
‘It’s not everyone who can pull off the prefect uniform like that. And we haven’t had a new teacher for a while, so all eyes are on you.’
Daniel chuckled nervously, unsure how to respond. The weight of their stares and the underlying seriousness in their voices made him realise that his probation was more than just a formality, it was a test, and he had to pass.
‘You’ll be fine,’ Evelyn added, sensing his discomfort. She patted his arm gently. ‘Just remember, probation is important, but we all want to see you succeed. You’ve made an impression, especially with Charles.’
Julia nodded in agreement, her tone shifting slightly. ‘It’s clear that Charles has taken a special interest in you. It’s not often we see him so invested in a new teacher. In fact,’ she gestured subtly toward a young, strikingly attractive teacher sitting in the corner, his arms crossed casually but his sharp blue eyes fixed intently on Daniel, ‘There have been others who would’ve loved to be in your position, but Charles never quite... took to them.’
Daniel followed her gaze and met the eyes of the man she was referring to. His name was Ethan, a teacher in his mid-twenties, younger than Daniel by several years, with a lean, athletic build and tousled blonde hair that seemed to fall effortlessly into place. His jawline was sharp, his features boyishly handsome, and his well-fitted uniform, black trousers, a crisp pink shirt, and a tweed blazer, only enhanced his appearance. There was an air of confidence about him, the kind that usually commanded attention in a room, but right now, his focus was entirely on Daniel.
Ethan’s expression darkened just slightly, a flicker of jealousy crossing his face. It was subtle, almost imperceptible, but Daniel couldn’t miss it. The way Ethan’s eyes narrowed, the tightening of his jaw, it all spoke volumes.
Daniel felt a flutter of nervousness. He hadn’t realised just how rare this level of attention from Charles was, or how coveted his position had become. Ethan’s obvious jealousy made him acutely aware of how much the headmaster’s interest in him had set him apart.
‘Ethan’s always been ambitious,’ Julia continued, her voice soft but knowing. ‘He’s talented, no doubt, but Charles... well, he’s always been selective about who he takes an interest in.’
Daniel swallowed, feeling the weight of her words. It wasn’t just about being a new teacher anymore, it was about something more. The attention from Charles, the looks from the other teachers, and now the jealousy from Ethan made it clear that he was stepping into a much more complicated dynamic than he had initially realised.
‘It seems there’s something special about you,’ Evelyn added, her tone light but with a knowing look. ‘We’ve all wondered when Charles would find someone to connect with, and it looks like you’ve captured his interest.’
Daniel felt warmth flood his chest at their words but also a twinge of pressure. He couldn’t deny that he felt something for Charles, there was an undeniable connection between them. The thought of how close they had grown in such a short time made his heart race slightly, and he could feel the heat rising to his cheeks.
‘I appreciate that,’ Daniel said sincerely, trying to keep his voice steady. ‘I’m really looking forward to settling in and doing my best here.’
Evelyn and Julia exchanged a knowing glance, sensing the deeper connection between Daniel and Charles. Evelyn’s smile widened with a playful glint in her eyes. ‘Oh, I see how it is,’ she teased gently. ‘Charles isn’t the only one who’s taken an interest, is he?’
Daniel’s blush deepened, and he shifted slightly, trying to play it off. ‘I... He’s just been really supportive, that’s all. I’m grateful for his guidance.
Julia chuckled softly, her eyes twinkling. ‘It’s okay, Daniel. We’re just teasing. But you’re not the first to notice that Charles has... a certain charm.’
Evelyn nodded in agreement. ‘That’s true, but what’s really interesting is that you’re the first we’ve seen him take such a strong interest in. It’s clear there’s something special between you two. Just take it slow and see where it goes. This place is unique, no one will judge you for following your feelings.’
Daniel smiled, though his heart was still fluttering. ‘Thank you,’ he said softly. ‘I’ll definitely keep that in mind.’
Evelyn gave his arm another reassuring squeeze. ‘And don’t forget, you’ve got your first lesson this afternoon, right? The preschool group?’
Daniel nodded, the anticipation for his first teaching session mixing with his emotions. ‘Yes, I’ll be teaching the preschool class. I’m still getting used to the idea, but I’m excited.’
‘You’ll do great,’ Julia said, her smile warm. ‘We’ve all been there. Just remember to be patient. They respond to your energy, so stay positive and engaged.’
Evelyn added, ‘And don’t be surprised if you’re observed during the lesson. It’s part of the probation process, but don’t let it get to you. Just focus on the students and the experience.’
Daniel nodded, taking a deep breath to steady himself. ‘I will. Thank you both for the advice.’
As the conversation wound down, Daniel couldn’t help but glance toward the teacher in the corner again. The jealousy was still there, but Daniel wasn’t worried. Whatever connection he had with Charles was real, and it was growing stronger with each passing day.
The morning passed quickly as Daniel prepared for his lesson, going over his plan and familiarising himself with the materials. The reality of teaching adults who were regressed to a preschool state was still surreal, but he was ready to take on the challenge.
When the time came, Daniel entered the classroom where the students were already seated, some playing with toys, others chatting in their high-pitched, childlike voices. The sight of fully grown adults dressed in preschool attire was jarring at first, but Daniel reminded himself of the unique nature of the academy. The boys were dressed in baby blue onesies, with the school logo emblazoned on the front. They wore grey shortalls with snaps on the crotch over their onesies, each pair of shortalls also featuring the school logo. Thick nappies were clearly visible underneath, their bulk unmistakable.
The girls, on the other hand, wore chequered pink flared dresses. The dresses were paired with thick nappies and matching pink plastic pants underneath, the crinkling sound of the plastic adding to the surreal atmosphere. Despite the initial shock, Daniel reminded himself that this was all part of the regression process that the academy embraced.
Evelyn was in the room, taking a seat at the back to observe. Daniel could feel her eyes on him as he introduced himself to the class. He began the lesson with simple tasks, engaging the students with basic activities like colouring and singing nursery rhymes. The students responded well, giggling and participating with enthusiasm, which helped ease Daniel’s nerves.
As the lesson progressed, Daniel found his rhythm. He encouraged the students, praised their efforts, and gently corrected them when needed. The atmosphere was playful yet structured, and he could see the value in this approach, how it allowed the students to explore their regressive states in a safe and supportive environment.
During the lesson, Daniel couldn’t help but notice that a few of the students had wet or even messy accidents, their nappies visibly sagging as they sat at their desks. At first, he felt uncertain about how to respond, unsure whether he should intervene. However, Evelyn had reassured him earlier, advising him not to be overly concerned about such incidents. ‘It’s just part of where they are at this stage,’ she had explained. ‘Unless it’s an urgent situation, the nurse will handle it after the lesson. There’s no need to interrupt the flow of the class for every little accident. Let them be and keep your focus on the teaching.’
Taking her advice to heart, Daniel continued the lesson, making a mental note to be attentive but not overly concerned about the accidents. It was clear that the students were comfortable and immersed in their roles, and this was a space where they were allowed to be exactly who they were, without judgment or unnecessary interruption.
By the end of the lesson, Daniel felt a sense of accomplishment. The students had enjoyed themselves, and he had managed to connect with them in a way he hadn’t expected. As the class came to an end, Evelyn approached him with a smile.
‘You did exceptionally well, Daniel,’ Evelyn said with approval. ‘You kept the students engaged and fostered a positive, supportive environment. I’ll be sure to let Charles know about the great work you did today.’
A wave of relief and gratitude washed over Daniel. ‘Thank you, Evelyn. That really means a lot. I have to admit, I was nervous at first, but now I don’t know why I was ever worried about this place. It feels like I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.’
Evelyn’s smile deepened, her eyes reflecting understanding. ‘It’s natural to have doubts at the beginning, but you’re finding your way. You’re doing just fine, Daniel.’ With a reassuring nod, she turned and left the room, leaving Daniel to reflect on his first teaching experience at Ashford Academy.
It had been a day full of challenges, but also one filled with promise. As he stood alone in the quiet classroom, Daniel realised he was beginning to grasp the academy’s unique approach. There was still much to learn, but for the first time in his life, he felt a deep sense of confidence that he was on the right path.
As he left the classroom, Daniel couldn’t help but think about his journey ahead. The probation period, the prefect uniform, the expectations, all of it was daunting, but with Charles’ support and the encouragement of his fellow teachers, he knew he had the strength to face whatever came next.
At the end of the day Daniel sat in a chair across from Charles’ large mahogany desk, his hands resting in his lap as he tried to maintain composure. A mixture of anticipation and curiosity buzzed beneath his calm exterior as the headmaster carefully read through Evelyn’s report. The quiet of the office heightened Daniel’s awareness of every small detail: the soft rustling of paper as Charles turned each page, the subtle furrow of his brow as he concentrated, and the occasional hum of thought as he digested the contents.
For Daniel, this moment felt more significant than just a performance review. It was his first real test, not only as a new teacher at Ashford Academy but also in the eyes of Charles, someone whose approval he craved more than he was ready to admit.
He shifted slightly in his chair, his eyes momentarily scanning the grand office. Dark wood paneling adorned the walls, and the shelves behind Charles were lined with old, leather-bound books, their spines cracked with age. A large window let in the soft glow of the late afternoon sun, casting a warm light across the room. It was a setting that seemed to reflect the man who sat across from him, elegant, timeless, and deeply rooted in tradition.
But it was Charles himself that commanded Daniel’s attention. The headmaster sat straight-backed in his chair, his suit perfectly pressed, exuding a sense of authority that both comforted and, admittedly, stirred something deeper in Daniel. The way Charles carried himself, the confidence, the quiet power, was something Daniel admired and found irresistibly attractive.
As Charles reached the end of the report, he paused, his fingers drumming lightly on the desk as he seemed to contemplate his thoughts. Daniel felt his heart race, his own thoughts swirling. He wanted this to go well, not just because it was his first report but because he wanted to make Charles happy. There was a growing desire within him to please the man who had shown him such kindness, guidance, and care.
Finally, Charles looked up from the report, a pleased smile spreading across his face. ‘It seems you did very well in your first lesson, Daniel,’ he said, his voice warm with approval. ‘Evelyn speaks highly of how you handled the class. You kept the students engaged and created a positive learning environment, which is exactly what we aim for here.’
Relief washed over Daniel, and he couldn’t help but smile back. ‘Thank you, Charles. I’m really starting to feel at home here.’
Charles stood up and walked around the desk, his expression softening as he approached Daniel. Without warning, he pulled Daniel into a firm hug, a gesture that caught Daniel off guard but filled him with a sense of belonging. The embrace was brief but meaningful, a clear sign that Charles was pleased with his progress.
‘You’re doing well, my boy,’ Charles said as he stepped back, his eyes locking onto Daniel’s with a look of sincerity. ‘But now, it’s time for our next chat, just to make sure everything is as it should be.’
Daniel nodded, though he wasn’t entirely sure what Charles meant. The headmaster’s tone had shifted slightly, becoming more serious, and Daniel felt a flutter of nerves in his stomach. But he trusted Charles, admired his authority, and was drawn to him in a way that made it easy to follow his lead.
Charles’ gaze softened as he continued, ‘Stand up straight for me please,’ his voice calm but firm, carrying the authority Daniel had grown to respect.
Daniel straightened his posture, his heartbeat quickening, unsure of what to expect. He could feel the intensity of Charles’ eyes on him, the headmaster’s expression unreadable as he stepped closer. The room felt smaller suddenly, more intimate, and Daniel found it hard to ignore the flutter of nerves that stirred in his stomach.
‘Part of our routine here, especially during your probation, is to ensure that you’re taking care of yourself, physically, mentally, and emotionally,’ Charles explained, his voice steady but gentle.
‘One aspect of that is making sure your underwear is kept clean and dry. It may seem like a simple check, but it’s important, and it plays a key role in moving you through your probation period.’
He gave Daniel a reassuring look before continuing. ‘This expectation is clearly outlined in the contract you signed last night, just as it is for every teacher and student at Ashford. It’s part of how we maintain consistency, accountability, and care within the academy environment.’
Daniel’s eyes widened slightly at the unexpected nature of the request. He hadn’t anticipated something so intimate, but the academy was far from traditional. A mix of confusion and strange excitement coursed through him as Charles’ words sunk in. He nodded, feeling the weight of Charles’ authority settle over him.
‘Do you really do this with all new teachers or students?’ Daniel asked, his voice quieter than he intended, his curiosity getting the better of him.
Charles’ gaze held his, unwavering. ‘Not me personally,’ he replied smoothly. ‘Typically, the other teachers manage these kinds of checks for our new prefects, and our nannies attend to the students. That’s the standard procedure.’
He paused, his expression softening, his voice lowering slightly. ‘But in your case, Daniel, we’ve agreed that you’ll be under my special care during your probation. It’s part of the arrangement I made with the other staff, and it’s something I insisted on.’
Daniel said nothing, but his eyes widened slightly. The weight of those words was not lost on him.
Charles continued, gently but deliberately. ‘I trust you, and more importantly, I care about you.
What we’ve shared so far, the bond we’ve built, it’s not something I take lightly. Only I could do this for you, because only I know you this way. You don’t just belong at Ashford, Daniel. You belong with me, under my guidance, and in my care.’
He stepped a little closer, his tone intimate but assured. ‘So yes, this step will be different for you. Not because the rules don’t apply, but because your place here, with me, is unlike anyone else’s.’
The room seemed to still at those words. Daniel felt a pulse of something unfamiliar, both a sense of pride and a desire to meet Charles’ expectations.
Charles took a step back, gesturing for Daniel to lower his grey shorts. The instruction was clear, and while Daniel hesitated for only a fraction of a second, he found himself complying, his fingers moving to the waistband of his shorts. He slowly slid them down to his ankles, revealing the crisp white Y-fronts underneath.
Charles’ gaze shifted, his eyes sharp and focused as he inspected Daniel’s underwear. The moment felt intimate, not in a sensual way, but in a way that heightened the sense of authority Charles held over him. Daniel stood there, conscious of every small movement, the slight rustle of fabric, the cool air against his skin, the vulnerability that came withstanding before Charles like this.
Charles reached forward and tugged the waistband of Daniel’s Y-fronts, pulling them slightly open at the front and back. His expression shifted subtly as he examined the inside of the fabric.
‘Daniel,’ he said in a low, almost gentle voice, the warmth in his tone unmistakable, ‘It seems you haven’t quite dried yourself properly after you went to the bathroom’
Daniel glanced down, his eyes catching sight of the faint yellow spot on the fabric, a small damp patch, but noticeable enough. His cheeks flushed with embarrassment, a hot wave of mortification washing over him. It wasn’t much, just a trace of a careless moment, but the impact of being caught by Charles made it feel much more significant.
‘I… I didn’t realise,’ Daniel mumbled, his voice thick with the weight of his own embarrassment.
Charles’ expression remained calm, though there was a touch of understanding in his eyes. ‘It’s not a serious issue,’ he reassured, his voice firm but not unkind. ‘But it’s important that you take care of yourself properly. A light warning this time, but I expect you to be more attentive in the future. We can’t have teachers who aren’t able to be proper role models for the students, can we?’
Daniel swallowed hard and nodded, knowing the weight of Charles’ words. ‘No, sir.’
Charles gave him a smile that held both reassurance and authority. ‘Good. We’ll consider this a lesson, then. Going forward, be more mindful. I expect better from my boy.’
The words landed with quiet force. Something in Daniel twisted at the phrase, not from shame, but from the way it made him feel suddenly seen, claimed, and held to a higher standard. The faint heat in his chest told him how deeply he wanted to rise to that expectation, not just as a teacher or a prefect, but as his boy.
Charles watched him for a moment longer, then added, with a subtle shift in tone, ‘I think it’s time we stopped using first names, don’t you? From now on, I believe it’s more appropriate for you to refer to me as “Sir.” That’s what all students call me.’
Daniel nodded slowly, his heart beating a little harder. The change felt significant, like something had quietly locked into place.
As Charles turned and walked back to his desk, Daniel pulled his shorts back up, the moment hanging in the air between them. It hadn’t just been a routine check. It had been a quiet statement of care, of discipline, and of ownership. A reminder that every interaction with Charles carried weight.
Daniel understood now. Every gesture, every word, every look was part of his formation. He was being shaped into something more, something purposeful. And more than anything, he wanted to make Charles proud.
Sitting back down, Daniel noticed the shift in the atmosphere. The room felt more charged, more significant. He understood now that Charles wasn’t simply testing him on the academy’s rules; this was about something deeper. It was about Daniel’s dedication, his ability to adapt, and his willingness to trust in the process. The stakes had grown higher, but with them, so had his determination to succeed.
Still feeling the flush of embarrassment, Daniel spoke. ‘I’ll make sure to be more careful Sir.’
Charles smiled, softer this time, ‘I know you will. You’re doing well. This is just a small reminder to stay sharp, and I appreciate your willingness to follow through. Your dedication to your role here has not gone unnoticed.’
Charles leaned back in his chair, his eyes glinting with a playful edge as he regarded Daniel. ‘You’ve done exceptionally well with your first class,’ he said, a hint of pride in his voice. ‘So, I think a reward is in order.’
He paused, his smile widening slightly. ‘Now, nothing too extravagant it’s just the beginning, but I believe a small reward for your effort is fitting. Perhaps… something sweet? Maybe a bar of your favourite chocolate? Or we could watch a film together this evening, something to help you unwind after all the hard work.’
Daniel’s breath hitched slightly as he looked up at Charles, his chest tightening with a mix of nervousness and excitement. He had never felt so exposed, yet something in Charles’ steady, calm presence gave him the courage to admit what he truly wanted. His voice was barely above a whisper, trembling with vulnerability, but there was also an unmistakable strength behind his words.
‘I do like the idea of the film,’ Daniel began, his eyes flickering with uncertainty before locking onto Charles.’ ‘But… there’s something else I want even more right now.’
He hesitated for a moment, searching Charles’ face for any hint of disapproval. Seeing nothing but patience and curiosity, Daniel steeled himself and took a deep breath. Slowly, deliberately, he walked over to Charles who was seated at his desk and sank to his knees. Every movement felt like a leap of faith, each step a quiet surrender of his pride, but it also carried an undercurrent of trust, trust that Charles would understand what this meant.
Daniel’s heart raced, the weight of the moment hanging in the air between them. His eyes remained fixed on Charles,’ searching for any sign of approval. The vulnerability of the act left him feeling exposed in a way he hadn’t expected, but there was also a strange thrill that coursed through him, fuelled by the deepening bond between them.
Charles looked down at him, his expression softening, a mixture of surprise and understanding flickering across his face. He didn’t speak immediately, letting the silence stretch out, his gaze steady and unyielding. Then, with a slow, measured exhale, he reached down and placed a hand on Daniel’s shoulder, the gesture filled with warmth and reassurance.
Daniel swallowed, his nerves threatening to overwhelm him, but he didn’t break the connection. His vulnerability was laid bare, but he felt brave enough to trust that Charles would not only accept it but hold it with the care it deserved.
‘I’m… I’m yours, for you to use anytime you want, that’s the reward I desire,’ Daniel whispered, the words barely escaping his lips. It was a quiet admission, both a request and a promise, one that left him breathless, waiting for Charles’ response.
‘I need to please you, Sir. I always do, especially when I’m in this uniform…’ He glanced down at himself, the crisp fabric clinging to him like a second skin. ‘It makes me feel submissive, makes me want to serve you, to make you proud.’
Charles sat still, absorbing the weight of Daniel’s words and the intensity of the moment. His usual commanding presence softened slightly as he watched the man in front of him, his body language revealing everything he didn’t need to say. The uniform had become a symbol, not just of structure and discipline, but of the dynamic between them, something deeper, something powerful.
Daniel’s voice wavered slightly as he continued. ‘All I want is to see that look in your eyes when you’re proud of me. I want to make you happy, Sir, in every way I can.’
The room seemed to still as Charles reached down, his hand gently resting on Daniel’s cheek. The gesture was both tender and authoritative, a clear acknowledgment of the unspoken bond between them. Charles’ voice, when he finally spoke, was low and full of emotion. ‘You already do, Daniel,’ he said, his tone firm yet filled with warmth. ‘More than you know, but if you want to please me, then you know what to do.’
Daniel smiled and without another word he unzipped Charles’ trousers, and took in his mouth, the member of the man who he had begun to love. Daniel stared into Charles’ eyes as he slowly started to suck, eager to make the headmaster happy. Charles moaned with pleasure as he felt Daniel’s lips around him, steadying himself against his chair as Daniel sucked forcefully. Charles was not one for sexual contact, he had always been focused on control and discipline, but when he met Daniel, that all changed, this guy made him feel desired in a way he never knew possible.
Daniel explored Charles’ cock eagerly, licking, and sucking every part of it. He wanted to please Charles more than anything, and as he worshipped Charles’ cock, he began to leak pre cum into his Y-fronts, which soon seeped onto his shorts. Charles said nothing, he was completely focused on Daniel, placing his hands around his head, forcing him to take all of his cock into his mouth. A little while later Charles reached climax, releasing a large load into Daniel’s awaiting mouth, who swallowed it eagerly, it was the reward he deeply desired.
The two men paused, breathless, as the charged silence enveloped them. Their gazes locked, and a shared smile lingered on their lips, reflecting the profound intimacy they had just shared.
The connection between them was undeniable, their eyes speaking volumes where words were no longer needed.
Charles reached out, helping Daniel to his feet with a gentle yet firm touch. He guided Daniel onto his lap, their bodies instinctively finding comfort in one another’s closeness. Their lips met again in a lingering, unhurried kiss, more than just a gesture, it was a silent promise, an unspoken commitment passing between them, sealing the bond that had deepened beyond the surface.
In that moment, the world outside seemed to fade away, leaving just the two of them connected in a timeless embrace. Charles eventually broke the kiss, his warm smile conveying a depth of affection. ‘Come on,’ he murmured, his voice soft but steady.
‘We should go over your lesson plans for the rest of the week. I want to make sure you’re fully prepared for what lies ahead.’
Daniel nodded, allowing himself to stay nestled comfortably in Charles’ lap as they shifted their focus back to the day’s work. Charles reached for the lesson plan Daniel had been working on. His arms remained loosely wrapped around Daniel, a subtle reminder of their closeness and the intimacy they’d shared.
As they reviewed the plans together, Daniel was struck by how natural it felt, collaborating with Charles like this. They weren’t just colleagues; they were partners, building something meaningful. Each moment, whether they were sharing an embrace or preparing for the academy’s expectations, deepened Daniel’s connection to Ashford Academy. He knew that this relationship was more than just a bond, it was a foundation for growth, mutual respect, and support.

**New Chapter Release - The Regression Academy**
CHAPTER FOUR - The Prefect
The morning light filtered through the curtains of Charles’ bedroom, casting a warm, golden haze across the room. Daniel stirred, slowly waking to the gentle sound of birds chirping outside. As he opened his eyes, he became aware of the warmth beside him, Charles, lying close, still asleep. The events of the previous night came rushing back, and a smile tugged at the corners of Daniel’s lips. It had been a night unlike any other, filled with unexpected emotions and a deep connection that had taken him by surprise.
Turning his head slightly, Daniel’s eyes roamed over Charles’ sleeping form. For a moment, he just watched him, his chest rising and falling in a steady rhythm. Charles looked so different in this vulnerable state, soft, almost serene. His strong, chiseled jawline was less sharp now, his usually commanding presence softened in the glow of morning. There was something about seeing him like this that awakened a deep, stirring emotion within Daniel, something that went far beyond mere physical attraction.
He traced Charles’ features with his eyes, the tousled dark hair that now had a casual disarray, the strong brow that seemed less furrowed, and those full lips that had kissed him with such passion only hours before. Daniel felt a pull in his chest as he stared, his attraction deepening. He had always been drawn to confident, dominant men, but Charles was different. There was a tenderness to his strength, an authority that felt comforting rather than overbearing. It made Daniel feel safe, wanted.
Charles’ broad shoulders were still relaxed, but Daniel remembered how they had felt the night before, solid, and protective as they had held him close. His chest, defined but not overly muscular, rose and fell gently with each breath, and Daniel found himself reaching out, almost unconsciously, to rest his hand there, feeling the warmth of Charles’ skin beneath his fingertips. It was a simple touch, but the connection was immediate, intimate.
As his gaze continued down Charles’ body, Daniel couldn’t help but admire his form, lean and powerful, every part of him exuding a quiet confidence even in rest.
It was then, lying there in the quiet, that Daniel fully acknowledged to himself how much he wanted this man, not just for the passion they had shared the night before, but for the calm that came after, the steady presence beside him. Charles grounded him. He made him feel safe, wanted, whole. As though Daniel had finally arrived in the place he was meant to be.
Charles remained asleep, his chest rising and falling in a slow, even rhythm. The covers had slipped low, revealing the lines of his stomach, the soft trail of hair that led further down. Daniel’s eyes followed every detail with a quiet hunger, drawn not just by lust but by something deeper, a desire to be close, to give something back in the most intimate way he knew how.
Carefully, he shifted beneath the sheets. He reached for Charles with quiet confidence, guided by instinct and affection. His fingers were gentle, exploratory, and then his mouth followed, slow, unhurried, tender. He took Charles into himself with devotion rather than urgency, not to wake him, not to ask for anything in return, but simply to honour the man he had come to care for so deeply.
Charles stirred, a low breath escaping him, his hand moving almost absently to Daniel’s hair. He did not speak, but when his eyes opened and looked down, there was a warmth in them that said more than words ever could, approval, pride, affection, and something that bordered on awe.
There, in the quiet hush of the morning, Daniel felt a certainty settle within him. What passed between them was not just pleasure, but belonging. In Charles’ gaze, he saw something lasting. A bond, sealed not just in words or touches, but in quiet, unwavering trust.
Charles’ breathing deepened, his body gradually waking under Daniel’s careful touch. He didn’t speak, didn’t move to interrupt, only let himself be guided by the quiet rhythm Daniel had set, a slow surrender to the intimacy being offered.
Daniel continued, attentive and devoted, every movement shaped by tenderness rather than urgency. There was no need to rush. This wasn’t about taking, but giving. His mouth moved in a steady, loving rhythm, his hands resting gently against Charles’ hips, anchoring him there as if to say, I’m here. I’m yours.
It was one of his favourite things, to please someone this way, to give himself so completely, and to feel them yield beneath his care. There was something deeply satisfying about it, something he had always enjoyed in the past. But with Charles, it was different. More meaningful. More intimate. To feel him respond, to taste him, to swallow without hesitation, it felt not only natural, but right.
Charles’ hand tightened slightly in Daniel’s hair, his head tilting back into the pillow. A soft sound escaped him, pleasure held back but not hidden. His eyes found Daniel’s again, heavy with affection, and the look he gave was one of quiet awe, as though he couldn’t quite believe what was unfolding between them.
When he finally let go, it was with a deep, unguarded sigh. His body tensed beneath Daniel’s hands, and he released into him, trusting, exposed, utterly safe.
Daniel didn’t flinch or pull away. He took everything, without reluctance, because this was what he loved, not simply the act itself, but the closeness, the intimacy, the way it bound them together in absolute trust. He held Charles through the last pulses of release, steady and sure, until the tension faded and only stillness remained. Then he rose, quietly returning to Charles’ side, his head settling once more on the pillow beside him.
Charles turned to him, eyes half-lidded, a faint smile playing at his lips. He reached for Daniel’s hand beneath the sheets and laced their fingers together.
Nothing needed to be said. The silence between them was full of understanding, of gratitude, of something far deeper than either of them had spoken aloud.
Eventually, Charles broke the silence, his voice soft and filled with a gentle warmth. ‘Good morning,’ he said, his lips curving into a relaxed smile.
‘Morning Sir,’ Daniel replied playfully, feeling a deep sense of contentment wash over him, a feeling he hadn’t experienced in what felt like forever. He chuckled, shaking his head slightly, the events of the previous night still fresh in his mind. ‘Last night… it was unexpected, but in the best way. Though, I still can’t quite believe I’ve had sex with my boss.’
Charles’ expression softened, his gaze steady and full of understanding. He nodded, a quiet chuckle escaping him. ‘It was unexpected,’ he agreed, his tone light, yet sincere. ‘I didn’t plan for any of this to happen, but I can’t say I regret it. There’s something between us, Daniel, something that feels… right.’
Feeling the pull of that connection, Daniel turned onto his side to face Charles more fully, the vulnerability of the moment grounding him in its honesty. ‘I feel it too,’ he confessed, his voice quieter now. ‘I don’t know exactly what’s happening between us, but I know I want to explore it.
I’ve never felt anything like this before, never felt a connection so powerful.’ The words tumbled out, unguarded, but there was no hesitation. Whatever had begun between them, Daniel knew it was real.
Charles smiled at that, a knowing look in his eyes. ‘I feel the same way,’ Charles said earnestly, his voice carrying a weight of reassurance. ‘We don’t have to label it, or rush into anything. We’ll take it one day at a time and enjoy it for what it is.’ He paused, his gaze deepening. ‘Remember, this place, Ashford Academy, it’s different. It’s a space where no one judges, where we can be ourselves without pretence. No one will look at us and question what we want or need.’
Daniel nodded, appreciating the freedom those words offered. The Academy, in its strange, unique way, had already begun to shift something within him, but it was the connection with Charles that made him feel grounded. This was a place where he could let go of the expectations he’d always carried, and instead, embrace the unknown. And with Charles beside him, the unknown felt less daunting and more like an opportunity for something beautiful.
For the first time, Daniel allowed himself to fully embrace the idea of what they were becoming, feeling secure in the knowledge that, here, he could explore all the facets of who he was, and who he wanted to be, without fear.
The rest of the week unfolded in a steady rhythm of observation and learning for Daniel. Each morning, he attended different classes, immersing himself in the various levels of regression that defined Ashford Academy’s unique approach. He watched how the staff nurtured and guided the students, helping them embrace their childlike states while maintaining structure and discipline. The more Daniel observed, the more he began to understand the delicate balance between care and control that the academy upheld.
By the end of the week, he had seen everything from the fully regressed infant class, where students were dressed in nappies and coddled in their cribs, to the older schoolboy class, where adult students in grey shorts and school ties were learning the fundamentals of reading and arithmetic. It was a strange but fascinating world, and one Daniel couldn’t help but become more curious about with each passing day.
But it wasn’t only the academy that was transforming him. Each lunchtime, Daniel and Charles found time for one another, retreating to private corners of the grounds or, more often, to Charles’ office where the door was always locked and the blinds discreetly drawn. These quiet interludes became a ritual, a reward for Daniel’s good behaviour and dedication. It often ended with Daniel on his knees, wordlessly offering his service in a way that made Charles’ quiet approval all the more powerful. There was no need for praise or elaborate thanks. The gesture itself, freely given and lovingly received, became its own language between them.
In the evenings, their connection only deepened. Daniel would return to Charles’ private cottage, where they shared quiet dinners and long conversations. What began as mentorship gradually shifted into something far more personal. They spoke not just about the academy, but about past relationships, childhood memories, and private fears. Daniel opened himself up with a vulnerability he hadn’t shown in years, and Charles listened with the calm, steady focus that had first drawn Daniel to him.
Their physical relationship blossomed in tandem. What began with gentle touches and lingering kisses soon evolved into something more intense, more exploratory. In the glow of lamplight or under the softness of moonlit sheets, they learned each other’s bodies with growing confidence and hunger. Daniel had always been a generous lover, but with Charles, his desires took on a new shape, eager, obedient, and often insatiable. He discovered the pleasure of surrendering to Charles’ quiet authority, and Charles, in turn, learned just how deeply Daniel craved structure and approval.
Some nights were slow and affectionate, their movements unhurried, marked by long silences and whispered endearments. Other nights were fevered, full of unspoken need, hands and mouths finding every part of each other until neither man could think of anything else but the other’s body and breath. It was a kind of communion, physical and emotional, as though each time they touched, they were etching themselves further into one another’s lives.
By Friday morning, Daniel had settled into the unique rhythm of life at Ashford Academy. While he hadn’t yet stepped into his full teaching responsibilities, he was growing more comfortable with his role and the complex structure that shaped the academy’s world. The days had been full of learning, but it was the evenings, the private moments with Charles, that had truly transformed him.
From Friday night onward, they spent every moment together, deepening their bond in ways that reached beyond the walls of the academy. They shared intimate meals, took long walks through the grounds, and passed quiet hours in Charles’ study, sometimes reading, sometimes talking, sometimes simply sitting together in silence. Each moment together felt effortless, natural. There was nothing forced between them. Just an ever-growing sense of belonging.
Daniel had come to Ashford to observe, perhaps to teach, but by the end of that week, he had begun to realise that he wasn’t just stepping into a role. He was stepping into a life.
By Sunday evening, the two had retreated to Charles’ private cottage, where they spent the night together in quiet companionship. The weekend had brought them closer than ever, and as they lay in bed that night, the soft glow of moonlight spilling through the window, Charles turned to Daniel, his expression a mix of warmth and thoughtfulness.
‘Daniel,’ Charles began, his voice low and calm, yet carrying an unmistakable sense of purpose. He paused for a moment, as if weighing his words carefully before continuing. ‘You’ve done incredibly well this week. You’ve observed how the academy works, and I believe you’re ready to take the next step.’
Daniel shifted slightly in the bed, sensing the gravity of what Charles was about to say. His heart quickened as Charles’ tone became more serious, though still gentle.
‘There’s something important we need to discuss,’ Charles said, his gaze steady and reassuring. ‘As a new teacher at Ashford Academy, it’s customary for all new staff to begin on a five-year contract. The first year is a probationary period. It’s a standard agreement, really. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it does come with a few formalities.’
He reached for a slim folder resting on the bedside table and offered it to Daniel. ‘This sets out the expectations for conduct, how we interact with students, professional boundaries, responsibilities, decorum. The kind of structure you’d expect from a place like this. It’s all quite thorough.’
Daniel took the folder, opened it briefly, then closed it again with a faint, knowing smile. ‘I think I get the idea. Boundaries, behaviour, professionalism. Honestly, Charles, I’m not too fussed about the details.’
Charles gave a quiet laugh, but didn’t let it pass entirely. ‘Don’t you think you should read it properly? There are clauses in there you ought to know about. Some of it is legally binding.’
Daniel looked up, his eyes warm and certain. ‘I don’t care. I know I belong here. With you. That’s all that matters to me.’
For a moment, Charles said nothing. His expression held something between admiration and concern. Then he reached out and rested his hand gently over Daniel’s. ‘All right. I trust you. Just make sure you remember that trust goes both ways.’
Daniel picked up the pen and signed with quiet confidence, his handwriting steady on the page.
‘Done,’ he said simply, returning the folder to Charles without hesitation.
Charles nodded, taking the folder back and setting it aside. ‘Good. There’s one other aspect of the probation period we need to go over. A tradition really, but an important one.’
Daniel raised an eyebrow, intrigued. Charles paused for a moment, watching him carefully.
‘You will be required to wear the school prefect uniform for the first year, in the probationary period.’
Daniel blinked, momentarily caught off guard. He had seen the students in their uniforms, crisp white shirts, grey shorts, ties and blazers, but hadn’t imagined himself in one.
Charles continued gently. ‘This isn’t just about appearance. It’s about immersion. Ashford believes in perspective. In order to teach the students well, you need to understand their world from the inside. Wearing the uniform helps establish that connection. It brings you into their experience.’
Daniel sat up a little, still absorbing the idea. ‘So I’ll be walking around dressed like one of them?’
‘Yes, and no,’ Charles replied with a hint of amusement. ‘You’ll still be their teacher, their guide. But it shows the students, and yourself, that you’re willing to share their experiences. It’s symbolic of your learning. And surprisingly effective.’
He paused, a playful glint in his eye. ‘Thinking you should have read those rules now?’
Daniel gave him a look, half amused, half resigned. ‘Maybe. But I still don’t regret signing. Not for a second.’
Charles chuckled softly, reaching out to rest a hand on his arm. ‘Good. Because you’ll be wearing grey shorts by breakfast.’
Daniel nodded slowly. The idea felt strange, yes, but it also made a certain kind of sense. At Ashford, tradition and structure were part of something much more deliberate, even intimate.
Charles leaned in slightly, his tone softer now. ‘This is more than just a role, Daniel. It’s a commitment to the ethos of this place. You’re not just teaching. You’re becoming part of a legacy. And I believe you’re ready.’
A quiet calm settled between them.
‘I trust you, Charles,’ Daniel said at last. ‘If this is what it takes, I’m in. Uniform and all.’
Charles smiled, his hand resting lightly on Daniel’s shoulder. ‘Good. Tomorrow morning, we’ll begin. I’ll have everything prepared.’
They lay back together, the bond between them deeper and clearer than ever. As sleep slowly pulled Daniel under, he felt the quiet certainty of belonging, not just with Charles, but with something larger, something purposeful. His journey was just beginning.
As Monday morning dawned quietly over Ashford Academy, the air was thick with the anticipation of a new week. Daniel had spent the weekend deeply entwined with Charles, both physically and emotionally, growing ever more familiar with the rhythms of the academy and the unspoken rules that governed it. By the time the sun rose, casting pale gold across the grounds, he had already made peace with the truth that his role here would be unlike anything he had ever known.
Charles sat beside him on the edge of the bed, dressed, composed, and yet softened by the intimacy of the weekend they had shared. There was a sense of clarity in his voice as he outlined the next steps in Daniel’s journey.
Their conversation that morning was different from the quiet affection of the previous nights. It was more structured, though still shaped by the trust and closeness that had formed between them.
‘I noticed,’ Charles began, his tone warm but focused, ‘when I dressed you in the uniform last week, that it resonated with you in a way that matters. The prefect uniform is not just a formality. It acts as a bridge, a symbol of transition from newcomer to someone fully integrated into the fabric of the academy. During your probation, it will help you connect more deeply with the students, and with the ethos that makes Ashford what it is.’
Daniel nodded, already sensing the truth of what Charles said. That first evening in the uniform had felt strangely right. Not performative, but grounding, like the academy itself was taking root inside him.
Charles continued, leaning in slightly. ‘Once your probation is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to take up a full teaching position. Or, depending on where your strengths lie, explore other paths within the academy. For now, though, the uniform is an essential part of your journey.’
Daniel took a slow breath, the weight of the moment settling gently upon him. ‘I understand,’ he said, voice steady and sincere. ‘I’ll do whatever it takes to be successful here. I’m starting to feel why this place is so special.’ He gave a slight smile. ‘And I really do love the uniform.’
Charles returned the smile, squeezing Daniel’s hand with quiet affection. ‘I’m glad. This is just the beginning. You’re not alone in this, Daniel. I’m with you every step of the way.’
Daniel hesitated a moment, then asked, ‘Can I ask something?’
‘Of course.’
‘I’ve not seen any other probationary teachers. Not once. Everyone I’ve spoken to in the staff room has been here for years. Is it always like that?’
Charles gave a small nod. ‘It is. We don’t take on many new staff. When we do, it’s because someone has been chosen carefully. Ashford doesn’t advertise for roles. It selects. You were invited for a reason.’
Daniel looked down, quietly taking that in. ‘That makes sense. Everyone here seems so established. Like they’ve always been a part of this place.’
‘Exactly,’ Charles said. ‘And now, you are too.’
He stood and adjusted the cuff of his shirt. ‘Now that we’ve covered that, it’s time to dress you properly. Have a shower. I want you feeling fresh before we begin. Today is important.’
Daniel slipped out of bed and into the en-suite. The water was hot and cleansing, washing away the last of his nerves. As it streamed over him, he found his thoughts returning to the uniform. It no longer felt like a costume or an accessory. It felt like a mark of belonging. Of devotion. A visible sign that he had chosen to become part of something greater than himself.
When he returned, a towel slung low around his hips, Charles was waiting. The bed had been made with care and, on it, the prefect uniform had been laid out with ceremonial precision. Each item was placed deliberately, not just as clothing, but as symbols of Daniel’s submission to the academy’s values and to Charles’ guidance.
Charles said nothing at first. He simply stood beside the bed, allowing Daniel to take it in. The tailored grey shorts, pressed and perfect. The neatly folded white Y-fronts, soft and pristine. A crisp white shirt, the collar stiff, the buttons gleaming. Beside it, a deep red tie, rich in colour, the shade of duty and quiet pride. Polished black shoes stood beneath the chair. Grey knee-length socks were folded carefully on top. And finally, a red blazer bearing the academy crest, with a shining prefect badge resting beside it.
Charles turned to him with quiet understanding. ‘Let’s get you dressed.’
There was something in his voice that made Daniel still. This was not casual. This was not indulgence. It was something sacred. A ritual of becoming.
Daniel dropped the towel and stepped into the white Y-fronts. They hugged his hips closely. Charles gave a small, approving nod, then helped him into the shirt, fastening each button slowly and carefully. There was meaning in each gesture, in the way Charles smoothed the fabric over Daniel’s shoulders and adjusted the collar with a careful hand.
The tie was next. Charles looped it around Daniel’s neck, his fingers working with quiet confidence. He drew the knot up snugly beneath the collar and adjusted it until it sat perfectly. Daniel stood still, letting himself be guided.
The grey shorts came next, their cut sharp and precise. Daniel stepped into them, feeling the way they fitted snugly around his waist and thighs. Charles knelt, rolling up the socks and guiding them up Daniel’s calves, straightening each one so that it sat just right. He handed him the shoes, then tied the laces himself with care.
Then came the red blazer. Charles lifted it, guiding Daniel’s arms into the sleeves. The fabric was smooth, the weight reassuring. The gold crest on the breast pocket gleamed in the morning light. At last, Charles picked up the prefect badge and pinned it to the lapel.
‘Stand still,’ he said quietly.
Daniel did as he was told, his body straight, his breath even. Charles reached for the final item, the red cap, and placed it on Daniel’s head. He adjusted it slightly, then stepped back.
‘You look every bit the part,’ he said, his voice low with pride. ‘Smart, disciplined, and ready for the day ahead.’
Daniel turned to the mirror. The boy staring back was no longer just an observer. He had become a part of Ashford. The uniform fit him perfectly, not just in size, but in spirit.
Charles stepped behind him, resting one hand on Daniel’s firm backside, his eyes meeting Daniel’s in the reflection. The tension between them was immediate, undeniable. Charles turned him gently, bringing their bodies together, and kissed him with a mix of ownership and affection. One hand drifted down, cupping the firm shape of Daniel’s arousal through the cloth.
‘I think my boy is ready. Let’s go and introduce you to the rest of the staff.’
Daniel gave a soft nod, his cheeks warming at the sound of those words, his boy. His eyes shone with quiet pride, the phrase settling deep within him, as though it named something he had always longed to be.
They left the cottage together, walking through the quiet grounds toward the main building. Charles, composed in his formal attire, walked with the authority of a man who belonged. Daniel, now dressed in his full prefect uniform, carried with him the excitement of someone who had been chosen. They moved like mentor and pupil, like headmaster and prefect. But there was something else in the space between them. Something unspoken, powerful, and growing stronger with every step.
