Poster Assignment: For this assignment we were supposed to enlarge the image to an A3 size, and add a descriptive text, to make a poster.
For Qasr al Hosn, I added text to explain the festival that happens in the Fort grounds annually. I added a yellow square which signifies the the logo of the Qasr, and it also added a pop of color to the scheme.

For this poster I added text that is explains the history of the Mosque. I had a few issues with the colors during printing, so I changed all of the colors to make them brighter and lighter. This in turn made the poster more attractive and fun.

Project 2: Making a GIF
For our second project we had to animate our postcards.
For the final postcard, I wanted to keep it simple since the building already has many details.
I animated the men who are in the mosque, making some move around in their seat, while one is reading, and another is using the “Misbah” (rosary).
Project 2: Making a GIF
For our second project we had to animate our postcards.
For this postcard, I decided to only animate the men who are dancing the “Ayala”.
Project 2: Making a GIF
For our second project we had to animate our postcards.
This is the postcard of the boy and the camel. I decided to animate the boy’s hand to make him pet the camel.
The camel’s eye is also animated to look like it is blinking.
Finally, I made the stars twinkle to show a starry night.
A group of praying men for the Sheikh Zayed Mosque Postcard.
Process on the Qasr Al Hosn postcard.
Creating the men in the Ayala group.
This is the illustration of Qasr al Hosn in Abu Dhabi. The word “Hosn” translates to fort, which was what it was used as decades ago, it used to also be a palace that the Sheikhs lived in, hence the word “Qasr”.
Process of the first postcard.
First started tracing all of the arches and major features before tracing the details.
