First-person blog

Her story with Sun and Moon goes back to a little while before July 16th, and she knows so much about it since she was assigned to the daycare. She moved from Puerto Rico when she was in her teens and was raised by her aunt until she started working at the PizzaPlex. She’s very good with kids and is especially fond of the Celestial family (they’ve always considered her a sister). Her story follows the timeline of the whole show. One thing I did change is that she actually had a past relationship with Nexus while he was still “New Moon”, and I think you can guess how that went to hell. One cute detail I wanna point out is that Cosmo is her best friend. I might update a little bit more about her as I think of other things. Maybe I’ll talk about the little secret she has.. 🤭 Stay tuned and have fun!

The breakup (Pt. 1)

Alexandria wasn't sure how to view Moon at this point. The things he said to Earth. The things he aimed to do. All to bring Solar back...? Would Solar even want this? Why was any of this even happening? Why why why??? She suddenly felt a nudge on her shoulder.

Eclipse: Hey, we're here. Snap out of it.

Alexandria was so caught in her thoughts that she forgot they were at the base. She also forgot Eclipse was standing right there, even though she asked him for help finding Moon.

Alex: R-right, sorry. I just-.... Do you think Moon will listen to me?

Eclipse: What?

Alex: I mean, he just seems so far gone, especially after what he said to Sun and Earth. I-I don't know if he'll-

Eclipse sighed heavily, a little irritated. Alexandria stopped.

Eclipse: God, you and Earth are pessimists, I swear...

Alex: The hell does that mean??

Eclipse: Aren't you his "girlfriend" or something? Make him listen if you really want him to. Or just break up and be done with it.

He paused and walked to the side, leaning against a wall.

Eclipse: If you want the honest truth... he could probably care less about you at this point.

Alexandria looked away. Those words hurt like a brick to her heart, but she knew he was right. She wanted to believe that Moon could be forgiven if he just stopped and took time to process everything healthily. But he's starting to lose his sanity, she can see it. It probably would be best to just break up now instead of having her heart broken later. She sighed and looked back up at Eclipse.

Alex: You're right. I might as well end it now if this behavior continues. Thanks for the help.

Eclipse: scoff Whatever, just go.

But before she entered the building, Eclipse stopped her again.

Eclipse: Why did you want my help anyway? I thought you hated me like everyone else does.

Alex: ... Well, Earth trusts you. And I trust her. That's what my heart says, at least.

Eclipse: ....

Alex: I'll make it up to you sometime. Earth took the first step... and I wanna help her keep it going.

She took one last look at him before finally going inside, missing the slight smirk on Eclipse's face. He almost felt proud. Almost.

The July 16th incident..

This was never what she would expect out of her day. Alexandria was ready to get into work, help Sun clean up a bit, maybe talk to Moon a bit, take care of the kids, the whole ordeal. But once the daycare doors opened, her face fell. Slow. Shocked. Petrified.

What she saw would never leave her mind. Blood. Bodies. The kids. And in the middle of it all… it couldn’t be. He would never. And yet…

Alex: …… Sun…?

Sun turned to her rapidly, meeting her gaze. There was blood on his hands, his eyes full of horror. He trembled. Alexandria took a step forward.

Sun: Alex…? N-no, don’t come near me-!

Alex: Shh….. It’s okay, I won’t hurt you..

Sun: But I might hurt you! J-just stay away… please….

Alexandria heard his voice and knew that if he could, he would be crying. Tears welled up in her own eyes at the thought. She didn’t want to run. She didn’t want to scream or get angry. She just wanted to reassure Sun. She approached slowly, her hands reached out to him.

Alex: Mi amor… please. Let me help you…… I’m here.

Sun backed up a bit, then stopped. Her eyes were gentle. Kind. Trusting. She stopped in front of him, her hand lifting to rest on his cheek. Sun hesitated before leaning into the touch, almost as if feeling her warmth.

He wrapped his shaking arms around her in an embrace, sobbing into her shoulder. Alexandria smiled and hugged him back, a tear falling down her cheek.

Sun: I… I-I didn’t mean to-…. I’m sorry….

Alex: Shhhh…… I know, it’s okay. You’re okay….
