Aldous Huxley wrote a book called 'The Art of Seeing' which is high on my list at the moment. He supposedly saved himself from going blind by practicing a series of exercises called the 'bates method'. I'm starting to notice my eyesight is not as tight as it used to be. I'm gunna focus on getting my balls back in shape. Btw I'm in England and it's gorgeous. 👀💀👀
