It's been an incredible whirlwind of traveling adventures but it's so wonderful to be home, wen for a little to get some clean eating into my body. And no, I don't mean the crystals haha although that would be an interesting way to get a dose of positive energy. Ayurveda happy smoothie from one of my favorite magazines @naturalhealth: 1 organic banana, 3 organic pitted dates, kale (as much as you can handle), 1c organic milk, 1tsp manuka honey (my new obsession), 1 pinch organic cardamom, 1tbsp organic chia seeds, 1c of ice.
