Sorry for the bubble bursting but we wouldn’t be alive then anyway; by the time that the two galaxies collide the surface of the Earth will have already become too hot for liquid water to exist due to the ever increasing luminosity of the Sun, resulting in the end of all terrestrial life. This is currently estimated to occur in 3.75 billion years, and the collision of the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies is said to take place in 4 billion.
