2 oz (6 cl) Four Roses Bourbon Whiskey 3/4 oz (2,2 cl) Averna 1/4 oz (0,7 cl) Simple Syrup 1 Orange Slice 3/4 (2,2 cl) Belgian Beer (Cherry Lambic In a rocks glass muddle the simple syrup and the Orange slice. Today we’re Rough’n’Rustic. Another Whiskey Old Fashioned, also traditional like Bourbon Old Fashioned, but different in taste. If the Bourbon OF is smooth with a round flavor, the Rye OF comes more rough, what not is a bad thing, quite the contrary. I prefer the Rye OF in the colder season, in a rustic atmosphere.
