Croque Madame! This dish was so good! I can’t believe I’ve never heard of it before. Alice, on the other hand, didn’t like it so much. We used the same bread as we used for the flame roasted toast. We warmed up our ham in a frying pan and then poached out egg. We forgot to take a picture of our lettuce, but we used a general kind and pulled off a couple of pieces. It looked so beautiful in real life, bit our camera was a little funky.
