“Oh Jimmy, Suck It!”
Fewer things are better than hearing Robert Plant moaning “Oh Jimmy!”
I am back and re-posting this because, well, why the hell wouldn’t I?
My… it was long ago!
Metamorphosis: The stages of becoming Golden God

Robert Plant plays a tambourine on stage at Kezar Stadium in San Francisco, 1973.
“Music means communication to me. I say ‘listen you people out there, listen to my music, let’s be one.’ Music is a friend to me when I am lonely, when I am blue. You can’t define music 'cause music is cosmos and it knows no barrier or definition. You have to feel music to dig it.“
Robert Anthony Plant (20 August 1948 - )
Happy Birthday, Perc!

The most accurate pie chart that has ever existed...
The first time I remember seeing the whole band onstage would have been at Madison Square Garden in 1970. Did I have a pass? I don’t remember. I must have had tickets from the PR guy who got me into the press conference earlier that day. Judging by the photographs I have from that show, it looks like I may have not had a pass, and I just kind of swooped down and shot. One thing that stood out for me about that show was Robert’s shirt. I remember it was like a frilly, fluffy pirate shirt. I also remember Jimmy’s fishing hat. That’s what I remember about that show. I thought, well that’s cool, here’s a guy that plays the guitar with a fishing hat. I like that. I don’t fish but I liked that.
