Today is FuckYeahMeikoKaji!’s 7th birthday. I chose this image to post today because it’s the picture that actually got me started collecting Meiko Kaji pictures. I saw this image and another from this magazine in an eBay auction a million years ago and had to save it.

Eventually I had enough Meiko Kaji pictures that I had to get a premium PhotoBucket account and then 7 years ago today I decided to start sharing them instead of hording them all to myself.

I want to give a quick thanks to everyone who has helped over the years by translating for me, submitting images (Hi Dominique!) and sharing the love: Thanks.

The amount of money I spend on Meiko Kaji stuff is ridiculous, but I fuckin’ love sharing it with you guys.
