Anyway. With OC you probably mean my Hetalia 2p!nyo!Ukraine? This is Ihor Stepanovych.

Ihor is a Hetalia OC. Which means he IS a personification of something, that is Ukrainian nationalism and national consciousness.

Now about Ihor. This is where it gets 'problematic'... But. Well. He's a character so make of this what you will. Anyone reading this is allowed to hate him. But I'm not my OC and my OC is not me.
As I say, he's a literal personification of nationalism. It makes sense that he's on the extreme side of it. A nationalist. If Olha is the blue and yellow, Ihor is the red and black. You could say he's OUN personified. I hope Olha teach him to not accept a box of chocolate from anyone.
His name is also a reference to something. Idk what people do when you don't know who the baby's father is. I assume they just pick a random patronymic.

Another thing about Ihor. He is a russophone. Ivan often made himself at home in Olha's house. russian became the default language of the house. So Ihor grew up with it, something that annoys him later in life. Though I want Olha to assure him that it doesn't make him any less Ukrainian...
