GW: 130 lbs
UGW: 115 lbs
Breakfast: 1 Slim quick drink packet (10 cal)
Lunch: Salmon packet (70 cal) Arugula (10 cal)
Dinner: Annie’s Mushroom Risotto (230 cal) Spinach (30 cal) Parmesan Cheese (20 cal)
A fucking Hershey’s bar (220 cal)
I’ve only eaten of the Hershey’s bar so 110 now but like I’m a little high so I might finish it.
Total: 590 cal
I should’ve had less today. Ughhhhhhhhh
