I have a question... Sometimes during the day, I will break down and a flash of sudden events happening will run through my head, like memories almost. I feel sick to my stomach and my head pulses, and I see things. They're always about my kin though, but they're the bad choices I made in the past. Do you know what that is?

It sounds like bad memories just coming back, that’s similiar to how I experience bad memories though for me they usually come in dreams and I wake up either upset, angry, or feeling bad. It doesn’t sound like anything out of the ordinary though, if that’s what you’re wondering!
