Colours: White, Pink Crystals/Stones: Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Tiger’s Eye Incense: Rosemary, Lavender
INSTRUCTIONS:
If possible, plan to perform this spell on the night of a Full Moon.
Prepare a space to perform this spell. Set up the altar you have fashioned with the white candle and the ingredients, and any other optional ritual implements you wish to include.
Take the photograph of the spell recipient and write their full name on the back of the photograph. If you do not have a photograph, write the full name of the spell recipient on a slip of paper. Roll the photograph/paper up, wrap it up with the length of white thread, and tie it closed. Drop the scroll into the bottle.
Recite this chant whilst you prepare this spell:
Heal my heart and soothe my mind Bring me peace and strength combined Protect me from the storm that’s come This is my will; let it be done!
(If the spell is for someone other than you, replace I/my/me in the first three lines with the relevant pronouns.)
Pluck the leaves from the sprig of lavender and drop them into the bottle. Visualize peace and calming for the recipient of the spell.
Pluck the leaves from the sprig of rosemary and drop them into the bottle. Visualize protection for the recipient of the spell.
Drop the sprig of aloe into the bottle. Visualize healing for the recipient of the spell.
Drop the sprig of willow into the bottle. Visualize versatility and strength for the recipient of the spell.
Pluck the petals from the white rose and drop them into the bottle. Visualize love for the recipient of the spell.
Pluck the petals from the daisy and drop them into the bottle. Visualize the dawn of a brighter day for the recipient of the spell.
Close the bottle and seal the top with white wax.
Whenever you remember to, repeat the incantation in your mind, visualizing the outcome you desire.
NOTES:
I recommend performing this spell on the Full Moon because that particular moon phase is conducive to healing, cleansing, love, and blessings.
White represents safety, protection, healing, and purification.
Lavender represents peace and calming. In medicine, it promotes calmness and sleep. It helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and possibly even mild pain.
Rosemary represents protection and physical well-being. In medicine, it can improve brain function (memory retention), stimulate hair growth, reduce stress, reduce mild pain, reduce joint inflammation, and increase circulation.
Aloe represents physical and emotional healing. In medicine, it is often used in topical ointments to treat burns and minor wounds. It has been used as a medicinal plant for thousands of years.
Willow represents strength and versatility. A willow branch bends and does not easily break.
White roses represent true and pure love.
Daisies represent purity, hope, and new beginnings. The word ‘daisy’ comes from “day’s eye”. It was called this because daisies open at dawn, as the day begins.
Rose Quartz represents love and emotional healing. Amethyst represents peace and emotional well-being. Tiger’s Eye represents protection and power.
Do not use an irreplaceable print as your photograph – make a photocopy or use a paper printout. If you don’t have a picture and cannot arrange for one, a slip of paper with just the name on it will suffice. The picture is really only to aid you in visualization. I personally just find it easier to focus with a visual aid.
