People seem to really like my Romeo revival design so I made a character sheet and a strive chibi for him!
Some disorganized thoughts about him under the cut!
♡ He’s designed around the concept of a false savior. Mainly due to his association with the number 666, his absolute world plan, and the existential/religious horror I get from The Circle.
♡ Another reason for why I chose this theme is because I wanted him to parallel Happy Chaos. The two are oddly similar to one another but also hold very different beliefs. Broken messiah vs. Awakened anti-christ. Happy Chaos's chaotic nature vs. Romeo's more controlling nature. Let them fight while they yap about metaphysical concepts.
♡ Romeo doesn’t need his bed anymore he can simply just move on his own by sleepwalking. He mainly fights by manifesting nightmares and playing around with others' perception of reality. Hemi-Jack is just one of many manifestations he can create, albeit his main one.
♡ Hemi-jack was defluffed for the sake of becoming more powerful. The sheep lord was very tired of being called the worst super in xrd and now desires retribution.
♡ Hemi’s new appearance was heavily influenced by that one Bedman beta design.
♡ Even if Romeo doesn’t need his bed anymore he still cares about it and is saddened to see it in such disrepair.
♡ I like the idea that his hair flares out while he’s fighting. He enjoys fighting strong opponents it helps him feel alive again. Fighting Slayer a day keeps the existentialism away.
♡ Imagine him laughing evily as he fights SO CUTE!
♡ Due to being asleep be walks with his head down and a with slight hunch.
♡ Also love the idea of him being able to contort his entire body in horrific ways. Pulls the exorcist pose just to be dramatic.
♡I like the idea of Romeo coming back as an antagonist but eventually going through an arc that leads him down a more neutral path. Maybe a continuation of the don’t make fun of other people’s dreams but written in a way where he has more time to internalize these words and learn from them. Maybe he finally manages to make a real friend even. Or maybe he’s just defeated and crumbles away again but maybe this time theres a bit more closure for Delilah and himself.
♡ Romeo is basically a non physical multi-dimensional being who clawed his way out from his limbo state due to his strong attachment to Delilah. He recreated his body from the rubble of his old one to better exist within the world but the backyard just sees him as anomaly it needs to get rid. His body is in constant danger of crumbling away. Bro is fighting for the sake of his own existence……
Honestly, I have so many thoughts I could yap about him all day but if I wrote them all down it would take like 10 billion years so I think this is good for now. Thanks for reading!!! ^_^
Romeo Reival Concept!

After passing Romeo began to slowly absorb Delilah’s power, a side effect of the absolute world he created to awaken his sister. It works out in his favor as he grows powerful enough to create a rift in the backyard allowing him to escape.
With no physical form or ID he is incompatible with reality and it immediately begins to reject him. Refusing to be sent back he reforms his old body from the dust to hide within it. A quick but inefficient solution to keep him anchored to reality. This severely restricts his abilities as he must constantly use his magic to maintain his body but also has to limit himself to keep himself from crumbling back to dust.
Even with his powers restricted he is much more powerful than he was before. Romeo no longer requires his bed frame to move around instead he sleepwalks. He maintains many of his old abilities such as his teleportation and Deja vu but mainly fights using nightmares that he manifests into the real world. He can wake up for short bursts if the situation is dire enough.
Even with his many limitations he is equal to Happy Chaos in power.
