And remember Bin Chickens Are Cool
Don't laugh. I have so many Neil the Seal photos on my phone.
The Beta Band is still the coolest grang going.
Translation of the Hopi Prophecies sung in the film.
If we dig precious things from the land, we will invite disaster.
Near the Day of Purification, there will be cobwebs spun back and forth in the sky.
A container of ashes might one day be thrown from the sky, which could burn the land and boil the ocean.
When fandoms collide. A story about Pulp and The Nanny.
So Sadie Frost is the woman in the shopping cart in Pulp's "Common People" video clip AND Sadie Frost directed this new documentary about fashion icon Twiggy AND Twiggy is awesome friends with Fran Drescher because they starred together in a TV show called "Princesses."
The show wasn't a hit, BUT Fran and Twiggy remained gal pals. AND when Fran went to visit Twiggy and her husband, Leigh Lawson, in London—who, before Twiggy, was married to Hayley Mills and stepfather to Hayley's son Crispian Mills from Kula Shaker that is where Fran came up with the amazing premise for "The Nanny" because Fran spent the days 'schlepping' Twiggy's daughter Carly all over town AND complained about her feet being sore because of new shoes and blisters which is the most Nanniest thing ever.
Both Twiggy and Leigh starred in an episode of The Nanny from Series 1 called 'Stop the Wedding, I Want to Get Off'. Twiggy played Maxwell Sheffield's sister Jocelyn Sheffield and Leigh played Jocelyn's driver, Lester. Jocelyn was supposed to be marrying her fiancé, Nigel Waters, the Duke of Salisbury, but really she was in love with her driver, Lester, and not the Duke. Fran, being Fran, was able to see this and so Jocelyn and Lester were married instead. The End.
It's actaully in my Top 5 Nanny episodes and this fandom connecting x colliding makes me giddy as. It was like fireworks of serotonin going off in my brain.
You could hear all of New Zealand and Australia sobbing on Monday night.
Pulp Live in Melbourne.
The only band ever to even contemplate covering ABBA. Becuase its so technical. And the best recording I have ever captured. It was because of the funnel of Sidney Myer Music Bowl.

Finnnally releasing my recording of Pulp Live in Brisbane.
How did I come up with the name? Well you'll have to listen. And why is the cover so garish? Well they're Brisbane City Council colours. And what's with the ibis? Well they're everywhere.

I hope you listen to it. Its a bit muddy because Riverstage is open air.
I'll be releasing Melbourne show in the next few days as well.

GEESE organically and authentically came into my life
What a glorious thing.
The 3 days I spent in the same hotel as Pulp. I know how they take their eggs and who likes Seconds ... (pun intended)!
Think I have the set.
The Beta Band press ads for gigs are things of great beauty.
Just the way it is.
The Snook and The Torv at AACTA Festival.
And the moment when about halfway through Snooks convo they start the Succession theme song and in walks Logan Roy Brian Cox. Talk about a f******king moment. The roof almost collapsed. It was insane energy. And it made me get tears.
And I may or may not have recorded them for prosperity and my retentiveness.
Full page and half page press adverts for Electricity by suede.
