Updates
So, I decided that my competition was a bit silly, and I’d recently added a ton more OCs to my roster, so it will be ending. I do have another project in the works though, so this blog will be updated in the coming weeks~
Despite her disadvantage, Larimar managed pull through! She proceeds forward in the competition. The next set of contestants will be announced next week!
The Competition
This week's challenge is a photography scavenger hunt! Both competitors were tasked with taking a picture of the various items on their identical lists. Best of luck, you two! ------------ Atsu's roll: 27 Larimar's roll: 28 ----------- Determined to prove "AG" wrong, Larimar completes the hunt first with some lovely photos. You can really see the effort that she put into her photos. Atsu submitted his photos shortly after Larimar, but his are quite nice as well, and creative. He seems to have a natural talent for photography.

This has brought Larimar’s DP (dice pool) down to 4. She might struggle a bit with this week’s challenge. -----------

Our first two contestants meet for the first time! Being from different universes, they have not met up until now. Team Earth vs. Team Water.
Their challenge will be later on this week, giving them some time to learn a little more about their competition. -------------------------- Challenge outcomes will be the result of a dice roll for each character.
I’ll roll 5 D10s and judge the outcome based on that. However it is up to YOU to vote who goes through. By you interacting with the characters through CuriousCat or Asks, you can influence how the characters are feeling, and thus adding to taking away from their dice pool (DP). Atsu DP: 5 Larimar DP: 5

Welcome to Altered Reality’s Top OC! I’m pitting my OCs (and myself, for fun) against each other in a contest to win the title of Top OC, and $10,000 (not actually real). Each week, two competitors will be faced with a random challenge, and the masses (you!) will decide who gets to proceed. In addition to these challenges, They will be split into groups that they must learn to co-habitate with. Who will come out on top? Only time will tell!
We’ll let them get settled into the AR house with each other, and we’ll be back Monday with our first competition! If you have any questions or comments for any of our contestants, please be sure to make use of the ‘Ask’ feature! ---------------------------------------------------------------- For anyone wondering how this works, the teams were all randomly generated. I’ve got a list of challenges, and each week one of those challenges will be randomly selected. Each character gets a base of 5 D10 dice. They will be rolled for each character during their challenge, and that will determine how successful they are. In the end though, I’m leaving it up to Strawpoll votes to see who gets voted out. Dice may be added or taken away if a character becomes exhausted or distracted. These will be randomly generated conditions as well. Character interactions will be shown through text, and small 1-2 panel comics. I’ll try to draw responses for any asks that we get here, as well. Could be fun to try and stir up some drama~
