[ It has been so long since I’ve last logged onto this page. I’ve thought on many countless occasions whether or not I should just delete this blog but I just can’t seem to part with it. Through this I’ve been blessed enough to meet people that I consider my friends and within these pages I find memories I don’t want to forget. I feel as though I should just make a new Jean Indie RP. But I think all of us know the hardships of starting anew and trying to get you and your character out there. I’m still debating what to do. sigh. ]

Jean turned her head to see the familiar red haired girl she called her daughter. “Rachel…”

It was time to start behaving like an adult again. Rachel refrained from leaning back into her mother. “Some days it feels more like yelling than teaching. Psychic self defense.”

Jean's head tilted back as she laughed at Rachel's words. She knew all too well of how that felt. "I see that the students are still the same since I left. Well, just know that you yelling at them is actually doing something for them. And your frustration only shows that you really care for them. I know if you weren't as committed, you would have them taking over the school while you slept." Being there with Rachel, asking her about her classes, and just seeing how she's grown made Jean thrive back into the world she left many times. She had no plans to leave again -- but it didn't mean her wish was granted.

Rachel looked down almost shyly. Thank god none of her students were here. She chuckled at her mother’s joke, the sheer corniness of it almost making it funny. “Thanks.” She said quietly.

Jean gave another small smile to Rachel and took in a deep breath. "So," She started, wrapping an arm around her shoulders. "How have you been? I hear you've been teaching."
